Speaker A:I tell you guys all the time, I make so many mistakes, you can't even count them.
Speaker A:We're going to dive into verse 39 of Romans in chapter 8.
Speaker A:But we're going to step back again to analyze verse 38 as well as 39 so that we can make sure we catch the actual, absolutely most profound blessing.
Speaker A:Some people think the most profound blessing in the New Testament text.
Speaker A:And Romans 8:38 says, I am convinced that nothing can separate us from his love.
Speaker A:So then the Apostle Paul proceeds to list a few remarkable thoughts that challenge our understanding of love.
Speaker A:What?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:His first assertion he makes is that death, death cannot separate us from his love.
Speaker A:Our death will not be the end of experiencing the love of Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:In fact, it will actually serve as a doorway to getting to know him and be loved by him and connected to him even more deeply.
Speaker A:And then he mentions, life can't separate us.
Speaker A:Life is filled with many trials.
Speaker A:Even Job noted, a man's days are few and full of troubles, yet that cannot sever us from the love of God.
Speaker A:And then finally, as Paul winds it down, he continues to say that neither fears for today or worries about tomorrow can halt the love of Jesus from reaching us.
Speaker A:None of the fears, worries, or frustrations can eliminate the love that God has for us.

Speaker A:Here's the hidden gem in this text.
Speaker A:It's to realize that Paul is speaking both about today and tomorrow, encompassing time itself.
Speaker A:None of time's passings can change the love that Jesus has for you or for me.

Speaker A:First and foremost, we come before you on his behalf as his family to ask you to bring healing into his body.

Speaker A:He needs the miracle power that comes from you, and you have plenty of it.
Speaker A:And we ask you to bring that miracle power into his life.

Speaker A:And Revive him and restore him and heal him from top to bottom and everything on the inside as well.
Speaker A:And Lord, we lift up his situation, which is past his ability to kind of navigate it.

Speaker A:He needs things to be simple.
Speaker A:He needs the flow to be easier.
Speaker A:He needs this to be less complex.
Speaker A:He needs it to be simplified, and he needs to win in the situation.
Speaker A:Well, you tell us we are more than conquerors in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:So, Father, manifest that for him in this circumstance and bless him as he is our brother.
Speaker A:And we pray that blessing on him, his physical life as well as his situational life, that you would pour grace into his life from heaven.

Speaker A:So in that when I'm asking you guys or trying to encourage you to pray and I'm trying to get you to do a devotional time, separated time, you don't have to do it perfectly.
Speaker A:You don't have to do every minute.
Speaker A:If you're like, okay, I really like to spend 15 minutes with the Lord.
Speaker A:Oh, they got 10 minutes, I gotta go.
Speaker A:It doesn't mean you can't spend five minutes with the Lord later.
Speaker A:So I don't want you to get legalistic.
Speaker A:I had that happen today where I spent the first 30 minutes in one place and I'd spend the other 15 minutes in another place.
Speaker A:And the Lord was so with me.
Speaker A:And by that I mean his presence was just really strong.
Speaker A:And what I'm trying to say is just want to pursue him.
Speaker A:He'll work out all those little details.
Speaker A:Maybe that's a nice way to say that.
Speaker A:You don't have to be legalistic about it, but you do have to pursue.
Speaker A:The Bible's very clear.
Speaker A:James 4, 8.
Speaker A:Draw near to God and he will draw near to you.
Speaker A:Is that he can't draw near to you first.
Speaker A:No, that's ridiculous.
Speaker A:But what God wants you and I to recognize is that we need to be pursuing.
Speaker A:He's already pulled Us towards him.
Speaker A:We need to move towards him.
Speaker A:Get that Draw closer to the Lord daily D and never be ashamed of Jesus or His words.
Speaker A:Never be ashamed of what he had to say.
Speaker A:I will tell you right now, I'll give you a very interesting prophetic word right now.
Speaker A:The media and Hollywood, by and large, academics and politicians will become more fierce against Christian truth.
Speaker A:The idea that things are changing to the degree that they won't try and outlaw the word of God is not correct.
Speaker A:Ultimate plan for the enemy is to absolutely quench or try to stab, though he won't, the word of God and make everything about the word of God hate speech.
Speaker A:That is their goal.
Speaker A:They don't care what you think, but Jesus cares.
Speaker A:He cares for you.
Speaker A:He cares about you and he wants you to never be ashamed of the Gospel.
Speaker A:That is what he calls from all of us.
Speaker A:So d Draw closer to the Lord daily N Never be ashamed of Jesus or his words and a Always be ready.

Speaker A:When we are called to seek first the kingdom of God, to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, strength and mind and love our neighbor as we love ourselves.
Speaker A:Are we ready to honor our King?
Speaker A:That's it.

Speaker A:We are in chapter eight.
Speaker A:We are in the close of chapter eight.
Speaker A:Which means that next week we'll be getting into chapter nine.

Speaker A:And here's where we left off on verse 37 and 38.
Speaker A:And then we'll key in on verse 39 after Romans 8:37.
Speaker A:No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ who loved us.

Speaker A:Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Jesus who loved us.

Speaker A:How are you and I overcomers?
Speaker A:How is it that we can understand God's generosity?
Speaker A:How is it that we can stand in a place where nobody can level an accusation against us because we are God's property.
Speaker A:How is it that we come to understand and are convinced that God causes everything to work together?
Speaker A:How is it that he gave us Jesus Christ and how will he not also give us everything else?
Speaker A:How is all of these things?
Speaker A:How is this victory ours?
Speaker A:It is ours through Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:It is not because you stand up and have a T shirt.
Speaker A:It is not because you get up and have a specifically cool saying.
Speaker A:It is because of Jesus.
Speaker A:And just so you can know how specific this is, every breath you take is a gift from God.
Speaker A:And as a person taking breath as a gift from God, who knows that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Speaker A:Everything that you do and prevail through is through Christ.
Speaker A:And when somebody like an atheist who's only got a quarter of their brain operating says, does that mean every failure is Christ's?
Speaker A:The answer is no.
Speaker A:The victory is in Jesus.
Speaker A:The failure is in ourselves.
Speaker A:That's how it goes.
Speaker A:Yes, I'm talking about somebody specific.
Speaker A:That's not the point.
Speaker A:The point is simply this.
Speaker A:It is through Jesus that all of these things take place.
Speaker A:Apart from me, you can do nothing.
Speaker A:He's talking about kingdom work in me.
Speaker A:You can do everything and all things are possible to him that believes.

Speaker A:In other words, the rights that we have.
Speaker A:And the preamble is that we get to pursue happiness, not that it's provided for for us by the government.

Speaker A:It would be nice if they quit, try to quote, quit trying to quote our founding fathers and then say they're entitled to something because of that provision.

Speaker A:When people say they can teach the worth of this, they're absolutely wrong.
Speaker A:Here is what Paul says under the leading of the Holy Spirit, after He finishes verse 37, which despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Jesus Christ, who loved us.
Speaker A:Verse 38.
Speaker A:I am convinced.
Speaker A:Wow.
Speaker A:I am convinced that nothing can separate us from his love.
Speaker A:Death can't and life can't.
Speaker A:This is the new living translation.
Speaker A:But it's not very complex to figure it out.
Speaker A:He is absolutely convinced the Greek is solid as can be.
Speaker A:He is absolutely convinced that nothing can separate him or us from the love that God has for us through Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:So the most important thing for Christians to pick up on is that when you blow it, you did not eradicate the love that Jesus Christ has manifested for you.
Speaker A:You did not eradicate the love that the Father has for you in Jesus Christ when you blew it, when you said the wrong thing, did the wrong thing, thought the wrong thing, and kept on thinking the wrong thing.
Speaker A:Sometimes thinking the wrong thing is more temptation.
Speaker A:It's what you do with it.
Speaker A:And that what Paul is saying, directed verbal plenary process with the Holy Spirit communicating is he is convinced that nothing can separate us from his love.
Speaker A:And that means things that happen.
Speaker A:And that also means stupid things that we have done, said and thought doesn't separate you from the love.
Speaker A:Does it make God happy?
Speaker A:No.
Speaker A:Is God really super psyched that you're doing stupid things?
Speaker A:No.
Speaker A:But he doesn't love you less.
Speaker A:And this is an issue that Satan often uses.

Speaker A:There are times where we do not do the best that we can do.
Speaker A:In fact, if there's a little bit of honesty, like every other person in the Bible, there are times where we put our hands in our pocket, we kick the dirt, we go, oh, shucks.
Speaker A:And you just know you're not doing what you need to be doing.
Speaker A:But that does not change God's love for you.
Speaker A:He doesn't love you less now that he knows you.
Speaker A:That is One of the number one issues I have to deal with when I'm helping and encouraging people, they think, well, I know.
Speaker A:But now that he's gotten to know me, he knows everything you're going to do tomorrow and a thousand years from now, and loves you the same.
Speaker A:Understand?
Speaker A:Let that liberating truth wash through your system.
Speaker A:Satan is the accuser.
Speaker A:He's Satan.
Speaker A:The word is adversary.
Speaker A:Primarily, technically, devil is accuser.
Speaker A:It's like he.
Speaker A:That's all he does is accuse you.
Speaker A:He.
Speaker A:He's in adverse position to you, trying to get you to miss out on the most important point in our faith.
Speaker A:God loves you and Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Speaker F:How do you know that another person also chose that without you even discussing that with that person?

Speaker F:Do you just pray for their soul?
Speaker F:Do you.
Speaker F:I mean, are there any.
Speaker F:Is there a protocol after the person passes away and.
Speaker F:Yeah, that was my question, David.

Speaker A:So he's trying to figure out what happens when you've got somebody that you've been praying for and you're not sure if they're in that in the faith or not.
Speaker A:And let's go forward and be at least somewhat honest.
Speaker A:There are some groups, mostly the Catholic faith has an idea that you can in fact pray for those people and intercede for those people and make a change for some of them.
Speaker A:The Mormon faith has a completely different and deeper process where they actually do do baptisms for people that are dead and so on and so forth.
Speaker A:All that's fascinating.
Speaker A:Interesting.
Speaker A:It's not biblical, but it's fascinating.
Speaker A:Here's what it is, and this is the truth.
Speaker A:And if people don't like it, it's tough because this is the truth, right?
Speaker A:Number one, only God knows who makes it and who doesn't.
Speaker A:In the context of we can be relatively confident in brothers and sisters, I think that's a fair statement.
Speaker A:But ultimately, only God knows.
Speaker A:Nobody's going to deny that only God is the one who knows the absolute.
Speaker A:Number two, once a person has passed or once they've died, there is no, oh, well, they'll get another shot or whatever.
Speaker A:It's like they'll get purgatory, this, that, whatever, rubbish.
Speaker A:Not biblical at all.
Speaker A:Ridiculous.
Speaker A:The whole idea of purgatory comes about because somebody said, I don't think God should do it that way.
Speaker A:Hey, here's a great answer to that.
Speaker A:Tough.
Speaker A:God's not asking your permission or anybody else's permission.
Speaker A:How he sets up the program and he doesn't care if you agree or not.
Speaker A:And you think, well, that means a lot more people are going to hell.
Speaker A:Jesus said that.
Speaker A:Jesus said, narrow is the path, few that be that find it, wide is the road to destruction.
Speaker A:Many are upon it.
Speaker A:So Jesus already said that.
Speaker A:I'm not sure what the issue is.
Speaker A:That's correct.
Speaker A:And then here's the other part of that.
Speaker A:And you're thinking, well, I know, but does it mean that somebody who's never heard, here's my response to that.
Speaker A:We'll just nail them all at the same time.
Speaker A:Somebody who's never heard the gospel, don't you think God is fair?
Speaker A:Don't you think he has a right way to.
Speaker A:To nail that down?
Speaker A:Do you think he's righteous in everything?
Speaker A:But that one question.
Speaker A:Don't you trust him for righteousness?
Speaker A:What about somebody who's never heard?
Speaker A:That'll be up to God.
Speaker A:He knows how to do it.
Speaker A:What are you worried about?
Speaker A:You trust Him.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Good.
Speaker A:Leave that there.
Speaker A:So wait, so there's going to be no purgatory?
Speaker A:No purgatory.
Speaker A:So if somebody gets baptized for the dead, that's not going to count.
Speaker A:Not going to count.
Speaker A:What happens if they never heard the gospel?
Speaker A:Do you trust God?
Speaker A:Okay, cool.
Speaker A:So now let's go back to the real brass tacks of Sergio's question.
Speaker A:And that is simply this.
Speaker A:Well, what about somebody that you've even witnessed for, you, prayed for and you're not sure, you don't know.
Speaker A:Yes or no?
Speaker A:There's multiple responses to this.
Speaker A:The first response is you don't know.
Speaker A:That's why I said only God knows.
Speaker A:You don't know if they made a decision.
Speaker A:You don't know at the last minute.
Speaker A:You don't know a person who's done something to self inflict.
Speaker A:If they at the last moment went, God, please, you have no idea.
Speaker A:It only takes a moment for a miracle.
Speaker A:And it only takes a moment with the thief on the cross illustrating to make the right call at the right moment to be a part of the paradise of Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:Okay, so then what do we do, Dave?
Speaker A:Well, while they're alive, you obviously pray and you obviously look for opportunity to share.
Speaker A:Get ready.
Speaker A:Here's your big answer.
Speaker A:A lot of people aren't going to like it.
Speaker A:I don't care.
Speaker A:What do you do for somebody that you didn't really get a chance to and you don't really know?
Speaker A:Here's what I do, and I want to say this, Sergio.
Speaker A:It's not really a protocol.
Speaker A:It's really how people handle it.
Speaker A:Here's what I do.
Speaker A:I hope that's what I do.
Speaker A:There's no way I can know that a person that, you know, they made that.
Speaker A:If I am unaware now, if a person has professed Christ, that's different.
Speaker A:We can understand that.
Speaker A:I mean, ultimately, again, only God knows.
Speaker A:But if somebody has made a decision or made a proclamation of Christ, even if it was earlier in their life and the last part of their life was really kind of, what's the word I'm looking for?
Speaker A:Horrendous.
Speaker A:That doesn't mean they denied Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:It doesn't mean that they didn't seek to walk with him.
Speaker A:You don't know all of those innuendos.
Speaker A:We don't know those innuendos.
Speaker A:And to make those calls, that's a very, very bad idea.
Speaker A:And that person who made a genuine commitment to Christ Jesus doesn't love him any less.
Speaker A:That's not going on.
Speaker A:We just talked about that.
Speaker A:Death does not stop that, that love.
Speaker A:But what I do when I'm dealing with people who are in my life or in my realm is I hope you think, well, that doesn't give a shirt.
Speaker A:I know, but here's the deal, and let's be.
Speaker A:I just want to be so honest about these things.
Speaker A:When you get to heaven, there's going to be no sorrow.
Speaker A:You understand that, right?
Speaker A:Zero.
Speaker A:So when you get there, it ain't going to matter.
Speaker A:I don't mean that rudely.
Speaker A:I'm saying it's not going to have an impact on you.
Speaker A:So what's important to understand is to share while you can.
Speaker A:If they've made some kind of profession to faith, you should stand in that.
Speaker A:You should believe.
Speaker A:Even if later on in life they did really poorly.
Speaker A:That doesn't mean they didn't believe.
Speaker A:That doesn't mean they didn't have a genuine faith.
Speaker A:You don't know if at the last moment, the last gasp of breath, they didn't say, Jesus, you don't know.
Speaker A:So I hope, and I will tell you something, Whoa.
Speaker A:I don't know if I should do this.
Speaker A:So I hope that my mom is there.
Speaker A:She never acknowledged Jesus to me, but she heard a lot of the gospel, right?
Speaker A:And I've always had this hope, right, for my mom.
Speaker A:Now I also know if I get there and she's not there, whatever that process is, God's going to keep me in the palm of his hand.
Speaker A:But I had something happen, and it only happened once.
Speaker A:And my mom has been passed on for 18, 19, 20, 17 years.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:So it's a long time, right?
Speaker A:The Lord.
Speaker A:I've had a couple of really fascinating dreams in my life, and very few, I would say, are prophetic.
Speaker A:But in one dream I had when I was in between ministry and radio.
Speaker A:Did you hear what I said?
Speaker A:In between ministry and radio, I had a dream that my mom was at a church that I went to, and she was planting flowers on the outside of the church in my dream.
Speaker A:And the first thing I said is, what are you doing?
Speaker A:I'm surprised you're here.
Speaker A:And then she said, actually, what are you doing?
Speaker A:Why aren't you doing what you're supposed to be doing with the church?
Speaker A:And I thought, uh, oh.
Speaker A:So I wrote this dream down.
Speaker A:I actually shared this with Rob and Cindy Laffler, because for some reason, Cindy was on my mind and she'd been praying for my mom all this time and so on and so forth.
Speaker A:And I just increased my hope that my mom made it.
Speaker A:I can't definitively say she made it, although she did hear a lot of the gospel and was very open to it, much more than people realize.
Speaker A:But I always thought it was amazing that God spoke to me to get me back into ministry through my mom, during a dream where she's at a church that I went to.
Speaker A:I always thought that was bizarre.
Speaker A:Is that a definitive.
Speaker A:That's my hope.
Speaker A:But my trust is in God and in his faithfulness and in his righteousness and how he pulls it together.
Speaker A:Do I understand every nuance of every person's theology?
Speaker A:I've heard all the theologies.
Speaker A:I just trust God more than man's systematic process, that's all.
Speaker A:I just have a greater confidence in God according to his word, that he is in charge of all of it.
Speaker A:And so that's what I live by.
Speaker A:So, Sergio, my most direct answer is by hope.
Speaker A:That's how I function it.
Speaker A:And no, there's not a purgatory.
Speaker A:And no, the baptism for the dead is not going to save somebody.
Speaker A:And if a person ultimately rejected Jesus Christ between that last second of death until whatever, they're not getting in, know what?
Speaker A:Jesus made it clear.
Speaker A:I am the way, the truth and the life.
Speaker A:No man comes to the Father but by me.
Speaker A:Oh, that's not fair.
Speaker A:Here's God's response.
Speaker A:Tough.
Speaker A:It's my game, play it.
Speaker A:That's what he says.
Speaker A:Well, if I was God.
Speaker A:Well, you're not.
Speaker A:And that's the point.

Speaker A:Of all the things he gets excited about writing about the laws of God, he sang about them.
Speaker A:He put statutes of the law to music.
Speaker A:He positively exulted in them.
Speaker A:In Psalm 119, verse 14, he compared God's testimonies to the riches.
Speaker A:In verse 15 he declared, I will meditate on your precepts.
Speaker A:In verse 24 he says, Your testimonies are my delight and my counselors.
Speaker A:David was on to something.
Speaker A:He loved God's Word and he knew that the secret to enjoying life even in the wilderness, was to turn to God's Word with joy, expectation and delight.
Speaker A:As children we struggle to mature under our parents authority.
Speaker A:When we're spiritually born again into the family of God, we become children again.
Speaker A:Reparented oh what a great line that is reparented by our Heavenly Father.
Speaker A:As we grow toward maturity and learning to trust Him.
Speaker A:Allow His Word to light your way and the wilderness will not seem so daunting.
Speaker A:Let His Word guide your feet and you will never get lost.

Speaker A:He says, I am convinced that nothing can separate us from his love.

Speaker A:Angels can't and demons can't.
Speaker A:So it should be noted that in life we have quite a few trials.
Speaker A:Job said, a man's days are few and full of trouble.
Speaker A:And so we need to understand that whatever you go through in life, the ups and the downs of it, that's okay.
Speaker A:Because that too will not separate you.
Speaker A:Why?
Speaker A:No, but this person doesn't like me.
Speaker A:That doesn't mean that Jesus has any less love for you.
Speaker A:But this person was mean.
Speaker A:They did this, this, did this, this, this, this, this, this.
Speaker A:None of those things change that.
Speaker A:Jesus loves you.
Speaker A:I want to make sure everybody hears me in that.
Speaker A:Because what he goes to next is mind boggling in the text.
Speaker A:So he says, death and life.
Speaker A:You're just thinking, gosh, death, really death, that's not going to change it.
Speaker A:Nope.
Speaker A:Life.
Speaker A:No, nothing in life.
Speaker A:That's not going to change it.
Speaker A:Then he says this.
Speaker A:The angels can't and the demons can't.
Speaker A:He just took it to the supernatural realm.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Angels and demons are real.
Speaker A:Or Jesus is a liar.
Speaker A:So there's no if, ands or buts with that Being said, angels.
Speaker A:And as cool as that is, because we like the angels, that doesn't change it.
Speaker A:If you have a visitation from an angel or not, that doesn't change it.
Speaker A:If you have a visitation from a demon or not, that doesn't change it.
Speaker A:Either this demon attacked me or I had all these bad thoughts or had this terrible dream.
Speaker A:None of that changes the steadfastness of the love of God.
Speaker A:That doesn't change a thing.
Speaker A:The next one, he says, is the coolest one.
Speaker A:I can't believe I'm getting all this.
Speaker A:I'm not even getting to verse 39, which is hilarious.
Speaker A:The next one, though, is by far the coolest.
Speaker A:He says this.
Speaker A:Our fears for today and our worries for tomorrow.
Speaker A:And even the powers of hell can't keep God's love away.
Speaker A:All of the demon, darkness, evil, yuck, that can't separate you.
Speaker A:But catch this.
Speaker A:All of our todays and all of our tomorrows, even what we feel fear and struggle with or what we have anxiety over, all of those things are an absolute reality in our walk.
Speaker A:We fight through them.
Speaker A:Jesus tells us on a regular basis, fear not, right?
Speaker A:He tells us specifically in the Sermon on the Mount, don't take no thought for tomorrow.
Speaker A:Be anxious for nothing.
Speaker A:These are things that we process through, that we go through as Christians.
Speaker A:But what Paul writes and oh, the Holy Spirit, just so wise, he writes and says, look, whatever happens today.
Speaker A:Wait.
Speaker A:Whatever happens tomorrow doesn't change the love that God has for you.
Speaker A:Listen, time cannot change the love that God has for you.
Speaker A:All that may happen, all that will happen, all that could happen, all the worrying and the fearfulness and all this other stuff everywhere along the lines, all that.
Speaker A:I got it, I got it.
Speaker A:But listen to what the text says.
Speaker A:Nothing can change that love.
Speaker A:Not now, not tomorrow.
Speaker A:How many tomorrows?
Speaker A:All of them.
Speaker A:Nothing can change the love that God has for you.
Speaker A:Stop letting Satan reduce it.
Speaker A:God's truth makes it clear.

Speaker A:In the book of Matthew, who told Joseph.
Speaker A:In her dreams, the baby's name was to be Jesus.

Speaker H:Was that Gabriel?
Speaker A:Ah, let's go with angel of the Lord.

Speaker A:Let's start with that one.

Speaker A:Now there's some contention that.
Speaker A:Okay, well, that was probably Gabriel, and probably because he's the chief messenger.
Speaker A:So we get that out of that, odds are good.
Speaker A:But the text says clearly an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and does not give him a pronoun.
Speaker A:So you can say probably, but definitely the angel of the Lord.
Speaker A:That's what you can say because there.
Speaker H:Are only two angels mentioned in the Bible.
Speaker H:Gabriel and Michael is my understanding.
Speaker H:And Gabriel talked with, of course, Mary.
Speaker H:So I just wasn't sure.
Speaker A:Yeah, no, and that's a really.
Speaker A:It's a really good bet, in fact, when.
Speaker A:When Gideon.
Speaker A:It wasn't Gideon, was it?
Speaker A:Was it Gideon's parents?
Speaker A:Well, I can't remember.
Speaker A:Is Gideon's parents or not?
Speaker A:When they tried to get the angel to give his name, he was like, you don't need to know that.
Speaker A:You wouldn't understand it anyway.
Speaker A:Like, oh, what does that mean?
Speaker H:Amen.
Speaker H:Anyway, yeah, I'm a little scattered right now because we are juggling two caregiving issues, so.
Speaker H:Hey, would you just pray a prayer?
Speaker H:Dr.
Speaker H:David, I know we don't have much time for my dear friend Beverly who broke her leg.
Speaker H:She's 92, and just some care decisions for her.
Speaker H:And then also for my dear friend Martha.
Speaker H:I'm going to go take her for legal help tomorrow regarding her sad marriage.
Speaker H:And we just want that meeting to go so well.
Speaker H:I have a godly lawyer helping her.
Speaker A:Is that Beverly is the first one, Is that correct?
Speaker A:Yes, Beverly.
Speaker A:Yes, that Beverly and Martha.
Speaker H:Beverly's the one that broke the leg.
Speaker H:My friend Martha had marriage issues and needs legal help now, so I'm gonna go with her.
Speaker A:Okay, you got it.
Speaker A:I'll pray for him right now.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker H:Favor.
Speaker A:Thank you.
Speaker A:Thank you, Father.
Speaker A:We come before you right now.
Speaker A:We worship you.
Speaker A:We praise you.
Speaker A:We thank you.
Speaker A:We are asking for first for Martha to have wisdom and favor and an attorney who knows.
Speaker A:Knows how to properly protect and watch over and do it with a righteous and good spirit so that there's not any kind of vengefulness there, but an appropriateness, Lord, a protection, a wisdom.
Speaker A:And we pray for Beverly.
Speaker A:Oh, she's got physical ailments.
Speaker A:She needs help.
Speaker A:There needs to be wisdom in her care.
Speaker A:Those are very difficult decisions, and nobody likes to have to make them.
Speaker A:But, Lord, with your wisdom, these decisions can be made with great confidence.
Speaker A:So we're asking you to give that wisdom that comes from on high so these decisions could be made in a proper and respectful and right spirit and right manner.
Speaker A:We pray that you would protect Cordelia as well as Joanne and their situation helping people and keep them safe over these next couple of days.
Speaker A:And bless the people they minister to with your grace and love.
Speaker A:We pray that in Jesus name, amen and amen.
Speaker H:Amen.
