The David Spoon Experience 11-22-22 Part 2

1) Testing, one, two, three, testing. Have you ever heard that expression? Sure you have. What is going on when we hear that? The person is trying to make sure that the receivers of the sound can receive sound decimals. This is not that far off from God’s approach to teaching. In truth, He used this method with Abraham. Genesis 22:1 state, After these things, God tested Abraham. Let’s remember that we are spiritual descendants of good old Abe.

2) Oh No. Here comes a teaching that is going to challenge almost every person’s thought process of political leaders and celebrities, even the so-called media celebrities. People say that they believe all the time. But by their fruits, you shall know them, according to Jesus (Matthew 7:16). And Jesus went a whole lot further than this. He challenged the idea that people could be true believers if they sought the praise of men. Of course, everyone wants to be liked. But the Christian has picked the wrong faith for that. That’s why people who claim to be Christians but try to placate the world and worldly are not even close to the real Jesus. 3) Let’s lay down the question. Have you read the end of the book? The Bible is what I am referring to. Who wins? God does. Whose side do we seek to be on? God’s side. So if God wins, being with God means we win. So, let’s live as we win. Because we do.
