The narrative serves as a poignant reminder that our commitment to God's calling is not merely an act of will but a powerful catalyst for divine intervention and transformation in our lives.
Expanding on the concept of divine timing, Dr. Spoon transitions to the New Testament, specifically 2 Corinthians, to discuss the blessings of the Trinity. He elucidates how the grace of Jesus, the love of God the Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit are essential for a believer's spiritual journey. Each element is presented as a vital aspect of faith that should be actively engaged with daily. This segment not only highlights the relational nature of the Godhead but also encourages listeners to seek deeper connections with God through prayer and community. And now for something completely different.
Speaker A:Here's what's coming up this hour on today's Experience.
Speaker A:It's fantastic, phenomenal, always fun, usually somewhat fascinating.
Speaker A:Friday as we head into the weekend not being afraid, even if the earth gives way or the mountains fall into the seas, because our help comes from the Lord.
Speaker A:All right, welcome to another fabulous Friday where we dive into some specific devotional diamonds of the day from Dr.
Speaker A:Dave.
Speaker A:Wait, that's me.
Speaker A:That's me.
Speaker A:That's Dr.
Speaker A:Dave.
Speaker A:The first one that we look at is in the Book of Ruth.
Speaker A:What we're going to do is examine a characteristic of determination.
Speaker A:There is a power that God has given each one of us.
Speaker A:Once we've made a decision and locked in and committed to the fulfillment of that decision, we find this characteristic and we need to use it and stand with it because of the power that it produces.
Speaker A:You will understand.
Speaker A:Next, we head towards the end of 2 Corinthians, chapter 13.
Speaker A:As we look at the power of the Trinity involved in how our faith functioning is in Kingdom works, we find out that from the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, there are three blessings to receive and we need to all be engaged in all three of them on a regular basis.
Speaker A:So buckle up as we understand the dance with the Godhead.
Speaker A:And finally, we close out this week with one of my all time favorite DD DDDs.
Speaker A:It has to do with bugs, specifically hornets.
Speaker A:When we were growing up in Michigan, the one thing you didn't want to get stung by was a hornet that was much worse than a wasp.
Speaker A:But when we come to find out it's God who uses hornets in a very awesome way because his designs for our planet are incredible.
Speaker A:We'll discover that from time to time, God imposes a natural law that he will not break unless he decides to manifest a miracle.
Speaker A:What?
Speaker A:It's really cool stuff, so buckle up.
Speaker B:David Spoon's life has been an experience.
Speaker B:While growing up in a Jewish family, he made a wrong turn towards drug abuse.
Speaker B:Then David Spoon found Jesus Christ and his life completely changed.
Speaker B:The more he studied the gospel, the more he wanted to share his experiences with others.
Speaker B:After 35 years of ministry, David discovered a new path of service.
Speaker B:He joined kaam and this radio program began.
Speaker B:You're about to hear the David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:Welcome to the David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:Local, national and heavenly talk.
Speaker A:Here's what else we're looking at during the show.
Speaker A:Lessons for surviving, living and prevailing.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Politics, entertainment and current events.
Speaker A:Personal revelations, spiritual observations, my life's insanities and oy vey so much more.
Speaker A:Now remember, it's not professional radio.
Speaker A:And to prove it's not professional radio, even though we're eventually gonna settle on Mr.
Speaker A:Nice Guy of professional radio, first we're gonna talk to the Wally Gator of professional radio, our very own Jam and Jacob, the Wally Gator of professional radio.
Speaker A:Jam and Jacob is the David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:As the Wally Gator of professional radio is the David Spoon Experience Professional radio.
Speaker C:I don't know who that is, but no, it is not David.
Speaker A: to: Speaker A:Anybody out there that knows Wally Gator, you are too old.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker C:Anyway, I'll take a guess and say he's a gator.
Speaker A:Yes, that is correct.
Speaker A:Wally Gator was a gator.
Speaker A:People are going, wally Gator.
Speaker A:Where have I heard that?
Speaker A:A long time ago in a land far away.
Speaker A:60, 60 some odd years ago.
Speaker A:Anyhow, here's the bottom line.
Speaker A:The bottom line is it's not professional radio.
Speaker A:All that to tell you that that's how unprofessional it is.
Speaker A:It is about encouraging one another and blessing one another.
Speaker A:So we do want to know, how are you doing?
Speaker A:How are you?
Speaker A:Are you doing okay?
Speaker A:Do you need prayer?
Speaker A:We want to be able to pray for you.
Speaker A:Do you have something to share?
Speaker A:We want you to be able to share it.
Speaker A:You have something that's going on, we want you to be able to do that.
Speaker A:And the way you do it is simple.
Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A:Or you can actually call us.
Speaker A:I mean, it's a telephone, but yeah.
Speaker A:Really?
Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A:And when you call that number, wow.
Speaker A: -: Speaker A:Well, by golly, you'll end up talking to Jammin Jacob.
Speaker A:That's right.
Speaker A:Talking to Jammin Jacob is like heading into the weekend.
Speaker A:Hello.
Speaker C:Thank you.
Speaker C:Happy Friday.
Speaker C:Happy heading into the weekend.
Speaker A:Happy heading into the weekend.
Speaker A:So just double checking with you.
Speaker A:You do not, if I'm correct, you do not have to work on this weekend.
Speaker A:Correct?
Speaker C:Correct.
Speaker C:I do not work this weekend.
Speaker A:All right, well, I will let you know that right now.
Speaker A:And for those out there in radio land, I don't really know what that means, but all those out there in radio land, my wife Started her day at work at 5am and will be working till 10pm tonight.
Speaker A:But for some weird reason, I just wasn't really sleepy sleepy.
Speaker A:And I was able to get up with her about 3:30 and hang out with her until she left for work.
Speaker A:And then we've been in constant contact because I try to encourage her throughout that process.
Speaker A:And I did go back to bed for one hour, but at least I got an extra hour in.
Speaker A:And so I want you to be in prayer for my wife who's running a shift right now as the floral manager.
Speaker A:That I would never do.
Speaker A:I just wouldn't do it.
Speaker A:I mean, I told her, we laughed.
Speaker A:I said if somebody was like, you know, trying to buy flowers, she goes, if you want, you go into work for me.
Speaker A:I said, I could just see me at the flower shop, you know, somebody walks by and I would throw a flower at them and say, buy this, buy this.
Speaker A:I'd probably be pretty bad at it.
Speaker A:That's all funny.
Speaker A:It's just so.
Speaker A:It's so sad.
Speaker C:I would just go, hey, you want some flowers?
Speaker C:They say, no.
Speaker A:Okay, yeah, no.
Speaker A:Then she sits there and she makes.
Speaker A:It doesn't matter.
Speaker A:I could never do what she does anyway.
Speaker A:That's just really bottom line.
Speaker A:So just keep her in prayer and keep me in prayer because I need prayer too.
Speaker A:I'm going on day.
Speaker A:Let's see, it's day number four out of four out of five working out.
Speaker A:And then I'm going to probably have to work out tomorrow because she has to follow up tomorrow.
Speaker A:And then by Sunday I think I will be like in traction.
Speaker A:That's kind of what I'm thinking is going to happen.
Speaker A:All right, so bottom line, again we say, why would you text us?
Speaker A:Why would you call us?
Speaker A:Why would you send an email?
Speaker A:Very, very, very simple.
Speaker A:You can share a testimony or a praise report.
Speaker A:You can have prayer requests.
Speaker A:And we'll do our best to pray with you and believe with you and trust the Lord because he does answer prayer.
Speaker A:Like I said, if he doesn't answer prayer, you're not saved.
Speaker A:I'm just pointing that out.
Speaker A:And then additionally, if there's something you want to.
Speaker A:Something that just dawned on you, something the Lord has spoken to you this week.
Speaker A:Awesome.
Speaker A:Awesome, Sus, that's great.
Speaker A:Or maybe you have an answer to Bible trivia.
Speaker A:Everybody better get this.
Speaker A:That's my nice way of saying that.
Speaker A:Is the Book of the Sadducees in the Old Testament, the New Testament, or neither?
Speaker A:The Book of Sadducees?
Speaker A:Is that in the Old Testament, New Testament, or neither.
Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A:Before we do anything else or head anywhere else, I want to make sure.
Speaker A:Don't forget about Feb.
Speaker A:Buddies, okay?
Speaker A:Please.
Speaker A:You hear somebody talking, somebody calling in, somebody, us talking about somebody, and you're just like, ooh, ooh, ooh.
Speaker A:If the Lord kind of touches you when you're hearing that, pray for that person throughout the rest of February.
Speaker A:You don't have to pray every Friday, four seconds.
Speaker A:And you don't have to pray for 40 minutes.
Speaker A:You can just mention them before the Lord.
Speaker A:That's all we're asking you to do.
Speaker A:And the Bible's clear.
Speaker A:It says, carry one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ.
Speaker A:That's Galatians 6, 2.
Speaker A:And the way that you carry one another's burdens is you join them in their struggle.
Speaker A: And so Paul said in Romans: Speaker A:So when you pray for your brothers or sisters and brothers and, or sisters or anybody else, I'm just saying when you do that, you're joining in the struggle.
Speaker A:Get it?
Speaker A:And you're helping carry the burden.
Speaker A:All right, cool.
Speaker A:All right, somebody is ready to answer a trivia question.
Speaker A:Let's send them on through.
Speaker A:Knock knock.
Speaker A:This is David, who am I talking to?
Speaker D:David.
Speaker D:Good afternoon, Sergio.
Speaker A:Hello, Sergio.
Speaker A:How are you, my brother?
Speaker D:Good, how are you?
Speaker A:I'm doing good, I'm doing good.
Speaker A:I gotta get through today and tomorrow cause the wife's doing the.
Speaker A:See, it's 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
Speaker A:So she's doing a 17 hour shift today and then she'll have to do a follow up shift tomorrow.
Speaker A:So we don't get to see very much of each other.
Speaker A:So she needs prayer for endurance and I need prayer not to lose my mind.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker D:You'Re not kidding.
Speaker D:That is unbelievable, David.
Speaker A:I know she's a trooper.
Speaker A:I would never in a gazillion, bazillion trillion years do what she does.
Speaker A:I wouldn't even think about it.
Speaker A:And yet there she is.
Speaker A:She just keeps doing it.
Speaker A:She is truly a trooper.
Speaker A:So that is for sure.
Speaker A:All right, my friend, are you ready for the trivia question?
Speaker D:Yes, absolutely.
Speaker A:Okay, here we go.
Speaker A:Is the book of Sadducees in the Old Testament, New Testament, or neither?
Speaker D:That would be neither.
Speaker A:David, you are correct.
Speaker A:Amanda's correct.
Speaker A:That is right.
Speaker A:And you know why they call them Sadducees?
Speaker A:They are sad, you see, because they don't believe in a resurrection.
Speaker A:See?
Speaker A:So they're sad, you see.
Speaker A:That's why they're sad, you sees.
Speaker A:How about that one, brother?
Speaker A:That's a free one.
Speaker D:That's funny.
Speaker D:Hey, David, let me piggyback on a segue.
Speaker D:I just wanted to get your take on this.
Speaker D:In honor of today's day, you know, Friday, going into the weekend of, you know, Valentine's Day.
Speaker D:About friendship and love.
Speaker D:Well, love and friendship.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker D:How do you.
Speaker D:How do you.
Speaker D:How would you recommend incorporating the Great Commission with friendships and loved ones in your past?
Speaker D:Because I know that it's somewhat of a touchy subject, but do you have any type of recommendations or bullet points to be effective?
Speaker D:And thank you for all you do, David.
Speaker D:Have a great weekend.
Speaker D:Stay warm, and happy Valentine's Day to you.
Speaker A:Thank you, my brother.
Speaker A:I appreciate that.
Speaker A:So, again, Sergio asking another brilliant question.
Speaker A:Because God has ordained this man to be an asking brilliant question kind of guy.
Speaker A:And if you guys can't figure out that that's his ministry, you're not catching it, because it is his ministry.
Speaker A:He's got a ministry where he asks probing questions for people to consider.
Speaker A:And what he's asked now is a much more situational, tougher kind of question versus a theological simplistic answer.
Speaker A:And so the real question is, how do we communicate to loved ones?
Speaker A:Be it if it's connected romantically or even family and friends, how do you communicate to them the commission that Jesus has given us to share the Gospel of peace?
Speaker A:How do you do that?
Speaker A:How do you put those together?
Speaker A:And my most immediate response.
Speaker A:My most immediate response.
Speaker A:And so please bear with me.
Speaker A:Cause this is kind of off the top of my head, not a perfectly theological anything, right?
Speaker A:Is simply this.
Speaker A:And I would say this.
Speaker A:And I would encourage all of you in this.
Speaker A:I don't use, like, talking points per se, or let's say, like point by point.
Speaker A:Sometimes I'll use the Romans road, which is, you know, Romans 3, 23, Romans 6, 23, Romans 5, 8, and then Romans 10, 13.
Speaker A:Sometimes I'll do that when I'm done with the conversation.
Speaker A:But the most important part about this conversation is understanding something.
Speaker A:The Great Commission was given from Jesus to all of his disciples, to everybody from here on after.
Speaker A:And in fact, you are a result.
Speaker A:Your faith is a result of the Great Commission.
Speaker A:Without it, you wouldn't be saved.
Speaker A:Okay, so that's how that works.
Speaker A:It perpetuates that way.
Speaker A:But the key component is something like Valentine's Day.
Speaker A:Now, here's a great, great.
Speaker A:I think a great, great segue.
Speaker A:Valentine's Day has a lot to do with love.
Speaker A:Some people give that love in a appreciation, not in a romantic way.
Speaker A:But some people have more of a agape and a philo, a friend love.
Speaker A:That's where Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, comes from.
Speaker A:Phileo is also a word that has to do with a love towards other people.
Speaker A:I think the Great Commission is the greatest expression of love, and it's a great segue.
Speaker A:If you give or even receive a gift saying, thank you for loving me, there's somebody else that loved me, that keeps me going.
Speaker A:Or when you give it to somebody else and they appreciate it, and then you're able to say, I just want to let you know I love you.
Speaker A:I wish I loved you as much as Jesus did.
Speaker A:It's like, you know what I'm saying?
Speaker A:Those are all segues.
Speaker A:Building off of what I typically do when I'm talking to people and bringing up the Lord.
Speaker A:It just happened yesterday when somebody was.
Speaker A:Oh, they were.
Speaker A:Oh, I was at the gym, and I was getting the.
Speaker A:At this particular gym, they have a little water massage, bed.
Speaker A:And in the last three weeks, one of them hasn't been working.
Speaker A:So I got on the one that wasn't working, and I actually prayed, lord, please let it go longer than three minutes, because it's supposed to go 10 minutes.
Speaker A:And a lady comes walking by to get to the one next to me, and she says, oh, that one hasn't been working.
Speaker A:I said, I know.
Speaker A:I prayed that the Lord would keep it working for me.
Speaker A:And I said, so far, I'm on five minutes and it keeps going.
Speaker A:And she started laughing, and we started talking, and it's just like.
Speaker A:It doesn't have to be forced.
Speaker A:It should be a natural part of your conversation and your engagement.
Speaker A:Don't try and.
Speaker A:What's the word I'm looking for?
Speaker A:Don't try and trap them.
Speaker A:That's.
Speaker A:I just.
Speaker A:You know, people do that.
Speaker A:And I think for some people, maybe it does work.
Speaker A:And I have nothing I can say nothing about anybody that got saved that way.
Speaker A:Be yourself.
Speaker A:And you can recognize Easter.
Speaker A:One of the things you send a Happy Easter card.
Speaker A:Somebody says something, it's like, yeah, you know what I mean?
Speaker A:What is greater than hope?
Speaker A:That's what Easter is.
Speaker A:Or Jesus on Christmas.
Speaker A:It's like what a gift of giving.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Isn't it amazing how much God gave us through Jesus Christ?
Speaker A:You can almost tap to whatever the subject is and connect it to that characteristic that God has.
Speaker A:And there's nothing wrong with that.
Speaker A:It's fine as long as you can segue in.
Speaker A:I think what most people don't do is they don't want to be.
Speaker A:They don't want to be yelled at.
Speaker A:They don't want to be drilled down.
Speaker A:And the most effective ministry always takes place if you actually listen.
Speaker A:Some people are so anxious to communicate what they're trying to communicate, they don't listen.
Speaker A:And by that I mean don't be in a rush.
Speaker A:This is the same thing they talk about, about reading the Word of God.
Speaker A:Don't be in a rush to read the Word of God.
Speaker A:Don't be in a rush to say what you want to say to somebody if you want to say it.
Speaker A:What a great thing to do is just pray, Lord, I'm here talking to this person.
Speaker A:Help me.
Speaker A:Help me have an opportunity just to share.
Speaker A:And you don't have to be a theologian.
Speaker A:And you'll say things different.
Speaker A:Dumb.
Speaker A:Do you know how many times I've.
Speaker A:I gotta say this?
Speaker A:So I've been a Christian.
Speaker A:It's getting close to, I don't know, 46.
Speaker A:It's getting close to 47 years, whatever.
Speaker A:I've said the dumbest things in the conversations.
Speaker A:I mean, I've said some dumb things.
Speaker A:I've mixed up things.
Speaker A:I've taken things in scripture and, you know, put them backwards and went, oops, you know, it's like, I think I meant to say, blah, blah, blah.
Speaker A:I've done all of that.
Speaker A:It never matters, because if God is doing it, the person will respond.
Speaker A:That's it.
Speaker A:You can't save anybody.
Speaker A:You will never save a person in your life.
Speaker A:But you can be a vehicle that God uses, if not to bring them to a full decision, to plant a seed that will never leave them.
Speaker A:I had my son and I were talking the other day and he said, you said something to me, dad, three years ago.
Speaker A:He said, you just said it with a real quick, like, quip kind of thing.
Speaker A:Because I do that.
Speaker A:And he goes, and I keep thinking about that.
Speaker A:You never know.
Speaker A:I didn't even know that.
Speaker A:And not a clue.
Speaker A:But God knows how to take it and make it a forever seed.
Speaker A:Isn't that fascinating?
Speaker A:Just be yourself.
Speaker A:Use whatever is available to you in the moment.
Speaker A:But I don't know how you can do better than saying, isn't it great how powerful love is.
Speaker A:Isn't it great?
Speaker A:Because God showed us really how powerful love is.
Speaker A:You can use that for Valentine's Day, whether it's romantic or friendship, because God's love surpasses them all.
Speaker A:Get it?
Speaker A:Okay, great question, Sergio.
Speaker A:I hope that helped a little bit, my brother.
Speaker A:Love you in the Lord.
Speaker A:All right, we'll take our break and then we'll come back.
Speaker A:You're listening to the David Spoon Experience right here on Kaam 770, the true station here in Texas.
Speaker A:Short break, we'll be back.
Speaker A:Don't go anywhere.
Speaker E:Hey there.
Speaker F:It's amazing Jennifer.
Speaker F:And I am helping out the David Spoon Experience.
Speaker F:As you may know, I basically run the KAAM radio station.
Speaker A:Amazing.
Speaker F:And Dr.
Speaker F:Dave is looking for a few good people to join and become represented ambassadors and stewards of this here radio ministry.
Speaker F:Now you may be thinking, well, I'd love to get involved, but I'm not very qualified for ministerial positions.
Speaker F:Well, the truth is that because you are a child of our Heavenly Father, that you trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and you seek to live by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Speaker F:You have all you need to be a part of this ministry.
Speaker F:But Jennifer, don't I need to be perfect?
Speaker F:No, just go to hemustincrease.org that's hemustincreased.org click on the three lines at the top right of the website and then click on the Ambassador's Initiative link.
Speaker F:Just fill out the form and we will reach out to you.
Speaker F:But sorry, no parking tickets will be paid for you as an ambassador through this position.
Speaker F:You are on your own with that.
Speaker G:The Christian faith is being attacked.
Speaker G:Fifty years ago, people would disagree with Christianity.
Speaker G:But with a sense of respect, those days are over.
Speaker G:The rage, the flesh the enemy.
Speaker G:And the atmosphere of sin is growing and growing.
Speaker G:Jesus said in Matthew 24, the love of many will grow cold.
Speaker G:And if it's not the end now, it's certainly a lot closer than it was yesterday.
Speaker G:You may be from a Baptist background.
Speaker G:David Spoon has that.
Speaker G:You may have a Pentecostal background.
Speaker G:He has that too.
Speaker G:You may have a non denominational background.
Speaker G:Yep, he's got that as well.
Speaker G:You may be from the Church of Christ, Presbyterian Methodist Church of God or some other denomination, but if you're looking for a show that's Bible based, spirit led and a bit nutty, give David a listen for a while.
Speaker G:If you like it, great.
Speaker G:If not, no worries.
Speaker G:The David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:A big portion of being guided is asking prayer.
Speaker A:When you're praying with people, fellowship amongst other people can lead you to guidance.
Speaker A:It's happened on more than one occasion.
Speaker A:For me.
Speaker A:Counsel is obviously very good, both spiritual and not necessarily biblical.
Speaker A:Also, practical counsel is good.
Speaker A:Circumstances often speak to us and give us guidance.
Speaker A:Open doors or for that fact, closed doors.
Speaker A:We know His Word gives us guidance.
Speaker A:We know in 2 Corinthians 2, 13, 14, Paul said that he used peace of mind as an aspect of guidance.
Speaker A:These are all the Holy Spirit leading and guiding us.
Speaker A:Of course, the number one element for guidance is to be led by the Spirit.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:These are all hugely important.
Speaker A:The David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:If Jesus was like, welcome back to that David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:Thank you for joining us here at Kaam 770, the truth station here in Texas.
Speaker A:That's K double amen.
Speaker A:770, the truth station here in Texas.
Speaker A:Get ready for your next trivia question.
Speaker A:What prophetess of about 84 years of age approached Mary and Joseph and thanked God for the infant Jesus?
Speaker A:What prophetess?
Speaker A:Was it Anna, Bera, Junia or Phoebe?
Speaker A:Anna, Bera, Junia or Phoebe?
Speaker A:Luke 2, 33, 38.
Speaker A:Okay, there it is.
Speaker A:Got it.
Speaker A:Very straightforward.
Speaker A:What prophetess of about 84 years of age approached Mary and Joseph and thanked God for the infant Jesus?
Speaker A:Anna, Bara Duna or Phoebe?
Speaker A:Accordingly to Luke, chapter 2, verse 33 through 38.
Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A:Or you can send an email.
Speaker A:Davidemustincrease.org Quick, shout out to Eric, who picked up on that one phonic element that I'm not going to talk about, but he picked up on it.
Speaker A:That's just so funny.
Speaker A:In the meantime, we are going to do our DNA.
Speaker A:D stands for Draw closer to the Lord daily.
Speaker A:People are like, you gonna keep doing this every day until Jesus comes?
Speaker A:Yes.
Speaker A:And we should all do this because we should be what?
Speaker A:Give us this day our daily bread.
Speaker A:What did David say?
Speaker A:I will perform my daily vows.
Speaker A:Yes, that.
Speaker A:That is the ticket.
Speaker A:And I just love to say this.
Speaker A:This is my favorite thing about DNA.
Speaker A:I love talking about these different aspects.
Speaker A:I know you guys know that, but this one thing I think is just so outrageously simple.
Speaker A:It's just so weird to me.
Speaker A:If you draw closer to the Lord daily, you will have a better life.
Speaker A:You're thinking, well, better financially, physically.
Speaker A:It doesn't matter what your circumstances in all of your existence.
Speaker A:If you draw closer to the Lord daily, you will have a better life, period.
Speaker A:It's just like, that's so cool, right?
Speaker A:D Draw closer to the Lord daily and never be ashamed of Jesus or His words.
Speaker A:Never, never, never, never, never, never, Never be ashamed of Jesus.
Speaker A:Never be ashamed of his words.
Speaker A:There's nobody else you should want to please like him.
Speaker A:Ever.
Speaker A:Nobody compared to Him.
Speaker A:Never be ashamed of Jesus or His words.
Speaker A:That's the N for DN and then the A.
Speaker A:Always be ready.
Speaker C:To serve.
Speaker A:To serve.
Speaker A:You ready?
Speaker A:Are you ready to serve your King?
Speaker A:Isn't it going to be awesome when he comes?
Speaker A:And it's just like the sky splits open, the trumpet sound.
Speaker A:It's going to be so great, right?
Speaker A:It's an interesting passage because there's a passage that talks about us being ready when he comes and not being ashamed at his return.
Speaker A:We should be like, yes, not oh man, I got more I was supposed to do.
Speaker A:Yes, please.
Speaker A:Oh yes.
Speaker A:Come Lord Jesus, come.
Speaker A:That's what we should all be saying.
Speaker A:Get ready.
Speaker A:Cause he's coming soon.
Speaker A:So be ready.
Speaker A:Get it?
Speaker A:Draw closer to the Lord daily.
Speaker A:D Never be ashamed of Jesus or His words.
Speaker A:N Always be ready to serve.
Speaker A:A R D N A.
Speaker A:Your trivia question.
Speaker A:We're gonna run a little late on this one just so you can know.
Speaker A:Jacob, trivia question.
Speaker A:What prophetess of about 84 years of age approached Mary and Joseph and thanked God for the infant Jesus?
Speaker A:What is it?
Speaker A:Was it Anna Bera, Junia or Phoebe?
Speaker A:According to Luke, chapter two, verse 33 through 38.
Speaker A:Wowzer.
Speaker A:Okay, now got to do this little teaching.
Speaker A:Very, very short.
Speaker A:Very, very cool.
Speaker A:Very, very.
Speaker A:From Ruth.
Speaker A:Ruth 1:18.
Speaker A:I love these little mini things.
Speaker A:They're so cool.
Speaker A:These little teachings, these McTeachings, like a McNugget kind of thing, right?
Speaker A:Ruth 1:18.
Speaker A:When Naomi saw that Ruth was determined to go with her, she stopped trying to persuade her.
Speaker A:You're thinking, Dave.
Speaker A:No, no, no, no.
Speaker A:Listen.
Speaker A:When Naomi saw that Ruth was determined to go with her, she stopped trying to persuade her.
Speaker A:So Naomi had blamed God.
Speaker A:If you are just remembering the story of Ruth at all, pretty tough time.
Speaker A:Remember she came back when she eventually said, change my name to Mara cause I am full of bitterness.
Speaker A:She was really upset with God.
Speaker A:Of course, at the end of the book, God has fully redeemed her, right?
Speaker A:Fully redeemed her.
Speaker A:There's not even a question, right?
Speaker A:But she was blaming God.
Speaker A:She Was not happy.
Speaker A:She was very discouraged.
Speaker A:She was just like, everybody get away from me.
Speaker A:I'm like, oh, I'm miserable.
Speaker A:Leave me alone.
Speaker A:I don't wanna have a pity party.
Speaker A:I'm just gonna be miserable by myself.
Speaker A:Verse 18.
Speaker A:When Naomi saw that Ruth was determined to go with her, she stopped trying to persuade her.
Speaker A:So what Naomi saw is there's one thing that Ruth was.
Speaker A:And I love this.
Speaker A:You know what?
Speaker A:Ruth was determined.
Speaker A:Listen to that.
Speaker A:What I said she was determined.
Speaker A:When Naomi saw that Ruth was determined to go with her, she stopped trying to persuade her.
Speaker A:So Naomi mad at God just like, ugh, you know, like, the person is just, like, much worse than Eeyore.
Speaker A:Eeyore is just depressed.
Speaker A:This person is depressed, bitter, and angry at the same time.
Speaker A:And it's all going to resolve and it's all going to change because that's how God always works all things out for good.
Speaker A:But when she saw that Ruth was determined, she was like, yeah, I'm not going to get past this.
Speaker A:So this is the challenge in something like that.
Speaker A:How much determination do we have for God's kingdom?
Speaker A:How much determination do we have for his purposes?
Speaker A:How much determination do we have for his cause?
Speaker A:How much determination do we have?
Speaker A:Are we so determined?
Speaker A:Have we so.
Speaker A:Nope.
Speaker A:Made the decision?
Speaker A:Determined, unchangeable, not changing.
Speaker A:I've done that in my pursuit of the Lord.
Speaker A:I'm not going to quit until I get an answer.
Speaker A:Da, da, da, da, da.
Speaker A:And Jesus said, ask and you will receive.
Speaker A:Seek, and you will find.
Speaker A:Knock, and it shall be opened for you.
Speaker A:For he that asketh, receiveth.
Speaker A:You see how that action works?
Speaker A:He that seeketh findeth.
Speaker A:He that knocketh, the door shall be opened.
Speaker A:It's those continual actions of asking and seeking and finding.
Speaker A:And it's a determination that every believer ought to have for purposes of God in his kingdom.
Speaker A:And here in the text, Ruth was determined to go with her.
Speaker A:And Naomi's like, okay, I'm not going to win this one.
Speaker A:And she just yielded.
Speaker A:Okay, that is some of the persistency that God wants out of you and I in our pursuit for his kingdom, for his purposes, and for his causes.
Speaker A:Be like, Ruth, you want a really good one.
Speaker A:At least start off being a baby, Ruth.
Speaker A:Ha, ha, ha, ha.
Speaker A:And then at least you can move your way up.
Speaker A:Get it?
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Yeah, that was cute.
Speaker A:Don't lie.
Speaker A:That was funny.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:What prophetess of about 84 years of age approached Mary and Joseph and thanked God for the infant Jesus?
Speaker A:The question, the answers were.
Speaker A:Ana Barra Junia or Phoebe.
Speaker A:And see why that was funny, because Ana Barra, Hanna Barra, Hannah.
Speaker A:And then we did Wally Gator.
Speaker A:Okay, never mind.
Speaker A:The answer is anna.
Speaker A:Luke, chapter 2, verse 33, 38.
Speaker A:Anna was the prophetess.
Speaker A:Take a short break and then we'll come back.
Speaker A:You're listening to the David Spoon Experience right here on Kaam 770, the truth station here in Texas.
Speaker A:Short break.
Speaker A:We'll be back.
Speaker A:Go anywhere.
Speaker G:The David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:What, out of all the things that you've done in ministry, what has surprised you, like, the most?
Speaker A:Like, wow, didn't anticipate that maybe you caught into it maybe five or ten years in.
Speaker A:But what surprised you the most about Christian ministry?
Speaker H:Well, I mean, of course it's wonderful to deal with people and hear their stories and hear their hurts and hear their blessings and hear their victories.
Speaker H:I mean, that's just extremely meaningful.
Speaker H:I never ever in a thousand years ever perceived myself as being one that would be in the thick of all that.
Speaker H: rted a Christian rock band in: Speaker H:I didn't know that was happening.
Speaker H:So I was.
Speaker H:I was surprised.
Speaker H:First of all, I never thought that it would be feasible for me to devote my entire livelihood to.
Speaker H:To Christian music.
Speaker H:I never thought that was feasible.
Speaker H: aying Christian rock music in: Speaker H:And so we just started writing in the style that we grew up playing.
Speaker H:I've been asked through the years, why did you decide to play rock and roll?
Speaker H:It was never a thought.
Speaker H:There was never any second thought to it.
Speaker H:It was just what we grew up with and we knew how to do that, you know.
Speaker A:So you took that and used that as your.
Speaker A:As kind of like the launching pad, right?
Speaker A:The rock and roll for that's what you are.
Speaker A:And I tell people, rock and roll, my feet are on the rock and my name is on the roll.
Speaker A:So it's not a problem.
Speaker A:So it's like.
Speaker A:But.
Speaker A:But in that age, did you encounter ministries that were a little more resistant to that kind of style?
Speaker H:Yeah, I've had lots of stuff thrown at me, bro, through those early years, because we came out of the club scene in Memphis playing in our dance band.
Speaker H:And, you know, I was signed to a major label with the dance band, so we had some notoriety around the mid south, if you will.
Speaker H:And so I came out of the club scene and started playing Christian music.
Speaker H:And I just went back to the club scene and started playing Christian music in the clubs.
Speaker H:And I got a few things thrown at me.
Speaker H:And I said, well, okay, well, we'll go try and we'll play at some churches.
Speaker H:And I got more things thrown at me.
Speaker H:It was an interesting time.
Speaker H:I formed a pretty thick skin through it all.
Speaker H:And I mean, it used to really bother me, but I don't know that it's necessarily a wrong thing for the church to test things and see where they come from and see if they're valid or not.
Speaker H:And I felt like I was a part of that in the early days.
Speaker H:Foreign.
Speaker A:Welcome back to the David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:Thank you for joining us here at Kaam 770, the true station here in Texas.
Speaker A:That's K double amen.
Speaker A:770, the true station here in Texas.
Speaker A:It's kind of cool because we're rotating in some new fills and stuff like that.
Speaker A:Wow, that was just.
Speaker A:I really.
Speaker A:That was just great to hear that, Phil.
Speaker A:I really enjoyed that interview.
Speaker A:Okay, let's start off with.
Speaker A:Oh, this is a tough one.
Speaker A:Okay, so how do I tell you it's tough?
Speaker A:Let me think.
Speaker A:Tough one.
Speaker A:Okay, here you go.
Speaker A:Ready?
Speaker A:All right, here's your next trivia question.
Speaker A:In Job chapter four, who was so frightened by a dream his hair stood on end?
Speaker A:Was it James, Eliphaz, Noah, or Cain?
Speaker A:Follow the clues, right?
Speaker A:Job 4:1.
Speaker A:Job 4, 14, 16.
Speaker A:In job 4, who was so frightened by a dream his hair stood on end?
Speaker A:Was it James, Eliphaz, Noah, or Cain?
Speaker A:Props go to Cordelia and Joy Ann for nailing that right off the bat.
Speaker A:Very nice, ladies, if you think you know the answer to that trivia question.
Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A:Or send an email davidemustincreased.org, gonna send you up to the website.
Speaker A:Gonna send you up to the website because we need your help to continue the ministry.
Speaker A:So you have to help us.
Speaker A:Ha ha ha ha.
Speaker A:I don't know why I'm laughing.
Speaker A:It just seemed funny.
Speaker A:Bottom line is, we need your Help for ministry to keep it going forward.
Speaker A:And we really appreciate, appreciate everybody doing the best they can or trying to do the best they can.
Speaker A:And certainly we're looking for people to pray, but this ministry exists by donations only.
Speaker A:And so for us to keep it going, we need your help.
Speaker A:There.
Speaker A:That simple.
Speaker A: Deuteronomy: Speaker A:Give generously to the needy and do not let your heart be grieved when you do so because of this, the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything to which you put your hands.
Speaker A:Check it out.
Speaker A:There's a place to give.
Speaker A:It's a big button.
Speaker A:You can't miss it.
Speaker A:On the website hemustincrease.org Prayer request hemostincreased.org Praise report hemosincrease.org Looking to give to this ministry.
Speaker A:Hemostincrease.org Confused by what's happening right now.
Speaker A:Hemustincrease.org hemustincrease.org so funny we just mentioned that one.
Speaker A:That's why that's so funny.
Speaker A:It's like, I can't believe that just came up.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:What timing.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Not.
Speaker A:Not the happiest fill noise.
Speaker A:I mean, that's the one that makes you sit there and go, there's the water.
Speaker A:Like I get in.
Speaker A:It's a pool, Dave.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:I don't know what can come out of those filters.
Speaker A:I don't know.
Speaker C:It's okay.
Speaker C:It's a little bit too cold anyway.
Speaker A:To go right now.
Speaker A:It's a little chilly.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:We'll see what happens next week is.
Speaker A:I understand they did say.
Speaker A:I don't know if this is true or not, but it's supposed to get down to nine on one of the days I thought six single digits.
Speaker C:Better grab my parka.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:That's when I might have to wear a coat.
Speaker A:I'm still wearing shorts.
Speaker A:I'm just saying I just might have to wear a coat with it.
Speaker A:All right, very straightforward.
Speaker A:In Job, chapter four, who was so frightened by a dream his hair stood on end?
Speaker A:James, Eliphaz, Noah, or Cain?
Speaker A:Your answer is in Job, chapter four.
Speaker A:Really?
Speaker A:Verse 14 through 16.
Speaker A:I will let Jacob decide whether we do jokes or history.
Speaker A:It's up to you.
Speaker A:What do you want to do?
Speaker C:Let's do history.
Speaker A:All right, here we go.
Speaker A:Let's do a little history.
Speaker A:Let's go live faith in the past.
Speaker A:Let's go live faith in the past.
Speaker A:All right, so for those that do not know it is Valentine's Day today, I will give you a statistic that Will, we talked about it last year.
Speaker A:It's a very amazing statistic.
Speaker A:Here we go.
Speaker A:75% of chocolate purchases are made by women all year long during the days and minutes before Valentine's Day.
Speaker A:75% of chocolate purchases are made by men on the specific day or day before.
Speaker A:Just so you can know, a billion dollars of chocolate is purchased on Valentine's every day.
Speaker A:A billion dollars.
Speaker A:A billion.
Speaker A:A billion on chocolate.
Speaker C:That's a lot of Reese's.
Speaker A:That's a lot of Reese's right there.
Speaker A:That's all I'm gonna say.
Speaker A:It's also, by the way, technically, National Cream Filled Chocolates Day.
Speaker A:So that goes in sync with that.
Speaker A:I just find that to be amazing.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:1918, on this day, the movie Tarzan the apes is released.
Speaker A:1961, on this day, McDonald's Hamburger University.
Speaker A:I mean, really, really a university to learn how to make my hamburger.
Speaker A:All right, so anyway, I'm just gonna leave that there and let people work through that.
Speaker A:And then the very last thing on today is.
Speaker A:It is.
Speaker A:And this is just one of those weird things.
Speaker A:It is Ferris wheel day.
Speaker A:Like Ferris wheels.
Speaker A:It's also that day.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:All right, There you go.
Speaker A:All right, so I'm going to go right to the teaching and then we'll get into the answer to the trivia if nobody wants to call in.
Speaker A:If you can call in, you have your time to do it.
Speaker A:But I want to do this teaching.
Speaker A:It's really kind of fascinating.
Speaker A:I want you to get this in the present tense.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:2 Corinthians 13, 11, 14.
Speaker A:Finally, brethren.
Speaker A:Oh, we got a conclusion here.
Speaker A:Finally, brethren, rejoice, be made complete, be comforted, be like minded, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
Speaker A:Verse 12.
Speaker A:Greet one another with a holy kiss.
Speaker A:Verse 13.
Speaker A:All the saints greet you.
Speaker A:Verse 14.
Speaker A:The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
Speaker A:All three of these are perfect.
Speaker A:Present tense.
Speaker A:The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, unmerited favor that he grants to you that is continual.
Speaker A:Reminds me of Hebrews 4:16.
Speaker A:Come to the throne of grace with confidence to receive mercy and find grace in my time of need.
Speaker A:Grace is a present tense as well as a past tense as well as a future tense principle.
Speaker A:And we need the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ every day.
Speaker A:And then it says, the love of God.
Speaker A:The love of God, that's the love of God the Father.
Speaker A:This is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Speaker A:Trinity in actuality and the love that God has for us every day.
Speaker A:Perfect present tense.
Speaker A:Not separating anything from us.
Speaker A:And that love, nothing gets in the way.
Speaker A:Nothing.
Speaker A:And the fellowship concurrent with the grace of Jesus and the love of God the Father, the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
Speaker A:I always find people like, what do you mean, the fellowship of the Holy Spirit?
Speaker A:Well, if the Holy Spirit is your counselor, how's your counseling sessions going?
Speaker A:And if he's giving backup or verification to the truths and the words of Jesus Christ, how is that process going?
Speaker A:And if you're producing fruit in the kingdom, how's that process going?
Speaker A:All three of these, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you.
Speaker A:With you.
Speaker A:That's with you.
Speaker A:The grace of Jesus, the love of God, the fellowship of the Holy Spirit is with you.
Speaker A:That's the conclusion to the matter.
Speaker A:Isn't that cool?
Speaker A:That's kind of nice.
Speaker A:I think that's kind of a nice thing.
Speaker A:All right, back to the trivia question in Job, chapter four, who was so frightened by a dream his hair stood on end?
Speaker A:James, Eliphaz, Noah or Cain?
Speaker A:And the answer is Eliphaz, because James wasn't there, Noah wasn't there, and Cain wasn't there.
Speaker A:I was trying to help you out on that one, but I couldn't do any better than that.
Speaker A:All right, folks, take a break and then come back.
Speaker A:You're listening to the David Spoon Experience right here on Kaam 770, the truth stationer in Texas.
Speaker A:Short break.

Speaker A:We're just joining our faith really together, believing that God's graciousness is here for this.
Speaker A:Father, we come before you and we ask you in the name of Jesus, with help from the Holy Spirit that you would touch in our audience those people who are physically hurting.
Speaker A:There are some where their pain is really intense on a regular basis.
Speaker A:It's just very, very draining.
Speaker A:And we ask that you would give them strength and you would renew them and you would empower them.
Speaker A:But most of all that you would heal them and you would touch their physical bodies.
Speaker A:And even if it can only be for a short period, by your determination, we ask that that would come for them and they would get that relief.
Speaker A:And for those that drawing closer to you, that there would be some great sense of comfort, some great sense of wisdom and trust.
Speaker A:But heal those who are hurting.
Speaker A:From the smallest item to the deepest and most serious element, nothing escapes your notice.
Speaker A:So minister to those people by your grace and by your mercy.
Speaker A:We pray in Jesus name.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:The David Spoon Experience welcome back to the David Spoon Experience.
Speaker A:Thank you for joining us here at Kam 770, the truce station here in Texas.
Speaker A:That's K double amen.
Speaker A:770, the truce station here in Texas.
Speaker A:Actually, I thought it was a very good week of shows, so I'm really just blessed by that all by itself.
Speaker A:We're going to close with one more trivia question and one more DDD and it's the one that I've been waiting to talk about because it's kind of like one of my favie DDD So here's your trivia question.
Speaker A:Where did Gideon meet the angel of the Lord?
Speaker A:According to Judges 6, 11, 13.
Speaker A:Where did Gideon meet the angel of the Lord?
Speaker A:In prison, in a field, near a well or under an oak.
Speaker A:Where did Gideon meet an angel of the Lord?
Speaker A:In prison, in a field, near a well or under an oak?
Speaker A:Judges 6, 11, 13 if you think, you know, just gotta be quick.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A: -: Speaker A:Or you can send an email.
Speaker A:Davidemustincrease.org okay, okay.
Speaker A:All right, all right, all right.
Speaker A:Listen to this.
Speaker A:This is a really good one.
Speaker A:Exodus 23, 28, 30.
Speaker A:This is really, really, really, really good for your life.
Speaker A:I promise you, if you can hear this and receive this, this will help you.
Speaker A:Here's what God says.
Speaker A:I will send the hornet in front of you and it will drive the Hivites, the Cainites, the Hittites away from you.
Speaker A:I will not drive them out ahead of you in a single year, otherwise the land would become desolate and wild animals would multiply against you.
Speaker A:I will drive them out little by little, ahead of you until you have become numerous and take possession of the land.
Speaker A:Okay, first of all, this is where I got the idea seven plus years ago to write a list called Little by Little.
Speaker A:That's what I titled it.
Speaker A:The Lord even told me to.
Speaker A:I was real confident and it's worked out for seven years and it's called Little by Little.
Speaker A:And that's when I write all the things that God is doing piece by piece, little by little.
Speaker A:Okay, that's number one.
Speaker A:So I'm just telling you where it comes from.
Speaker A:Number two, God is telling them, look, you guys, I'm not gonna do this all in this timeframe.
Speaker A:People are just, you know, it's the same thing we do.
Speaker A:Come on, Lord, do this.
Speaker A:Do this.
Speaker A:Now.
Speaker A:Here's my watch.
Speaker A:God, how come you're not following my wristwatch?
Speaker A:It's a Timex, don't you know?
Speaker A:And the Lord is telling them, I'm not going to drive them out ahead of you in a single year.
Speaker A:I'm going to send the hornets in front of you and they're going to drive out the Hivites, the Cainites and the Hittites, and it's going to be great.
Speaker A:But it's not going to happen in a single year because otherwise the land would become desolate, then wild animals would multiply against you and it would be a mess.
Speaker A:I'm going to drive them out little by little until you've become numerous and take possession of the land.
Speaker A:I want you just to listen to this.
Speaker A:He's not going to drive them out in a single year because God has his timetable.
Speaker A:The land and the wild animals have to follow a sequence that God declares.
Speaker A:Unless God imposes a miracle, they follow the natural law.
Speaker A:Natural law is the laws that God set up.
Speaker A:Can they be changed?
Speaker A:Of course.
Speaker A:God can do a miracle anytime he wants.
Speaker A:But in this situation, he was not willing to alter it.
Speaker A:So he imposed or maintained the natural law.
Speaker A:But what God is trying to tell them is, listen to me.
Speaker A:You're going to get there, it's going to arrive, but we're going to do this little by little, even though we all want it done at once.
Speaker A:God doesn't want to do it all at once.
Speaker A:And you're sitting there thinking, why?
Speaker A:Well, see, this is why.
Speaker A:He is God, and you and I are not.
Speaker A:Because he sees the end from the beginning.
Speaker A:He knows every nuance.
Speaker A:He's interlinear.
Speaker A:And he knows the perfect timetable, and we don't.
Speaker A:So whatever you're going through, even though you might want God to do it in a moment, God is telling you, little by little, we'll do it, because that's the way it should be done.
Speaker A:Isn't that cool?
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Somebody ready to answer a trivia question?
Speaker A:Let's send them on through.
Speaker A:Knock, knock.
Speaker A:This is David.
Speaker A:Who am I talking to?
Speaker I:Doctor, this is Fred.
Speaker A:Hi, Fred.
Speaker A:How are you, brother?
Speaker I:I'm doing just fine.
Speaker A:It's always great to hear you.
Speaker A:I just want you to know it's always great to hear your voice.
Speaker A:I was just thinking about you earlier today.
Speaker A:It's always funny when I think about somebody and then they call.
Speaker A:It's like, that is so weird.
Speaker I:I'm glad to be talking to you, too, sir.
Speaker A:Just a great, great, great thing.
Speaker A:All right, my friend, here we go.
Speaker A:It's a pretty interesting trivia question.
Speaker A:Where did Gideon meet the angel of the Lord?
Speaker A:In prison?
Speaker A:In a field near a well, or under an oak.
Speaker I:And that would have to be under an oak and ophora.
Speaker A:That is correct, sir.
Speaker A:He's under an oak tree.
Speaker A:Now, it could have been called a terebinth tree.
Speaker A:I mean, that's.
Speaker A:It's oak.
Speaker A:It's true.
Speaker A:But bottom line, he's sitting under a tree.
Speaker A:I mean, that is really just the bottom line.
Speaker A:And so it's like.
Speaker A:Yeah, it's like.
Speaker A:And see, that's amazing, because if you think about it, where was Nathanael?
Speaker A:He was just hanging out under a tree.
Speaker A:What is the deal with that?
Speaker A:There's, like, some connection to everybody.
Speaker I:Well, one thing's for sure, we are never out of God's sight.
Speaker A:That is.
Speaker I:He knows everything.
Speaker I:And he keeps up with us.
Speaker I:He knows where we are.
Speaker I:You can never ask God where we are, and he won't know it.
Speaker A:Exactly.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:I'm doing this teaching coming up.
Speaker A:And it's funny because the angel says something to somebody and it's like, what are you doing?
Speaker A:Where you at and what are you doing?
Speaker A:And it's not because the angel doesn't know.
Speaker A:It's because the angel is trying to communicate to the person.
Speaker A:You need to assess where you are and what you're doing because you're not really thinking clearly.
Speaker A:It was for the other person's sake, not for the angel's sake.
Speaker A:To get information.
Speaker I:Absolutely.
Speaker A:That's so good.
Speaker I:And for your listener's sake.
Speaker I:I know the Lord asked Adam, where was he?
Speaker I:But it wasn't for God's sake.
Speaker I:It was for Adam's sake.
Speaker I:He wanted Adam to know where he.
Speaker A:Was, but he wanted to get exactly.
Speaker I:He knew what Adam was.
Speaker A:That is exactly 100% right.
Speaker A:That's why.
Speaker A:That is 100% right.
Speaker A:It's like, God's not going, where are you?
Speaker A:I've lost you.
Speaker A:It's like, that's not excellent.
Speaker A:Excellent job, my brother.
Speaker A:Superb.
Speaker A:Absolutely.
Speaker I:All right.
Speaker I:God bless you.
Speaker I:Have a nice weekend.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:You too.
Speaker A:Bye.
Speaker A:Bye.
Speaker I:Bye.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:Phenomenal.
Speaker A:Don't you love that?
Speaker A:Phenomenal.
Speaker A:All right, so as we wind it down, listen, you need to be praying for people that you've heard on this radio show, right?
Speaker A:Feb buddies.
Speaker A:That's a big deal.

Speaker A:Take a deep breath.
Speaker A:God's timing is perfect.
Speaker A:I know we want him to change it, but he's not going to.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:Even Martha and Mary, who love Jesus so much, wanted him to operate under a different timetable.
Speaker A:And the answer is no.
Speaker A:So this is where the trust for his absolute care and love for you comes into play.
Speaker A:That is something you can count on.
Speaker A:He didn't do all this just to leave you out in the lurch.
Speaker A:He's done it all and he'll keep doing it because he loves you.
Speaker A:All right, folks, you've been listening to the David Spoon Experience right here on KAAM 770, the truth station here in Texas.
Speaker A:72 and 1 half hour break, then we'll come back, More insanity with Spoonanity.
Speaker A:Talk to you then.
Speaker A:The views expressed in the preceding program.
Speaker B:Were those of the speakers and not necessarily those of kaam, DJRD Broadcasting or its sponsors.
