02-06-2025 part 1: The Promise of Eternal Rewards: Insights from Revelation
The predominant theme of this podcast episode revolves around the concept of faith and its implications for living a life aligned with Christian values. We delve deeply into the necessity of faith in the Lord, particularly as we confront the complexities and challenges of contemporary existence. The discussion presents a poignant inquiry: are we prepared to receive the blessings that the Lord has in store for us? Furthermore, we explore the notion that our good works, while not the basis of salvation, are nonetheless pivotal in determining the rewards we shall receive in eternity. This episode ultimately encourages listeners to maintain steadfastness in their faith, holding fast to their beliefs amidst trials, as we anticipate the promises of God unfolding in our lives.
The episode encapsulates a vibrant discourse on the nature of spiritual endurance and the rewards that accompany a steadfast faith in Christ. Dr. Spoon's reflections serve as a reminder of the transient nature of earthly struggles in contrast to the eternal rewards promised to those who persevere. He articulates the significance of maintaining one’s spiritual integrity amidst societal challenges, particularly in an era where the foundational truths of Christianity are often contested. Through a thoughtful analysis of biblical scriptures, Dr. Spoon elucidates the notion that believers are not merely passive recipients of grace but rather active participants in a divine narrative that calls for personal accountability and commitment. This conversation serves not only as a theological exploration but also as an exhortation for listeners to engage deeply with their faith, to hold steadfastly to the truths they cherish, and to instill hope in their lives and the lives of others. The culmination of the episode reinforces the message that sustaining faith is paramount, particularly as believers anticipate the fulfillment of God’s promises in their lives, thus inspiring a renewed sense of purpose and direction.

Speaker C:That's it right there.

Speaker C:And you know what?
Speaker C:We don't really care.
Speaker C:Cause for the next few minutes, I want to talk biblical love with you.
Speaker C:So here we go.
Speaker C:We're asking questions about living life as a Christian.
Speaker C:That thing right there.
Speaker C:And on Thursdays, we take it and we ramp it up a little bit and say very simply, do you have faith in the Lord?
Speaker C: thrive, to drive, to find in: Speaker C:Do you have faith in the Lord?
Speaker C:Are you ready to receive?
Speaker C:If the Lord said, get ready.
Speaker C:Are you ready?
Speaker C:The scripture says, open your mouth wide and I will fill it.
Speaker C:Are you ready?
Speaker C:Do we have faith in the Lord for what is coming?
Speaker C:Not just now, but what's around the corner?
Speaker C:Because for sure he's around the corner.
Speaker C:So do we have faith to believe, to receive Are we ready to receive?
Speaker C:It's a simple question.
Speaker C:Do you either have faith or you don't?
Speaker C:Do you have faith, yes or no?
Speaker C:That's the question that we're asking.
Speaker C:If you have an opinion, a comment, a thought or a question, please don't let it die of loneliness.
Speaker C:Just reach out and give us a call.
Speaker C: -: Speaker C: -: Speaker C: -: Speaker C:There you go.
Speaker C:Talking to Jam and Jacob.
Speaker C:That's like spending time relaxing and chillaxin.
Speaker B:Thank you, David.
Speaker B:Happy Thursday.
Speaker C:Happy Thursday to you, my friend.
Speaker C:I wanna thank you for not turning off the lights in the laboratory.
Speaker C:That was very nice of you.
Speaker B:Additionally, I should have did it anyway just to be fair.
Speaker C:Yeah, should have done it just to see what happens.
Speaker C:Anyway, I do wanna make sure everybody knows that if you call in talking to Jacob, it's great to talk to him.
Speaker C:It's actually a blessing to talk to him.
Speaker C:Just don't try and find out, well.
Speaker D:Where were you born?
Speaker C:And what was your first, you know, what was your first show that you watched?
Speaker C:And how was the bicycle?
Speaker C:How many colors was it?
Speaker C:And did it have a bell?
Speaker C:And was it a big seat or a little seat?
Speaker C:That's my nice way of saying don't spend an enormous amount of time trying to get all the details of his life.
Speaker C:Cause it is a live radio show.
Speaker C:So we are working together, Jam and Jacob and I.
Speaker C:Here is the bottom line that I do want people to be aware of.
Speaker C: -: Speaker C: -: Speaker C: -: Speaker C:I want to separate that because people do make that mistake.
Speaker C:They mix them up.
Speaker C:The call is the 972.
Speaker C:The text is the 21 4.
Speaker C:Okay, I'm just trying to make that very clear.
Speaker C:Additionally, you can email us during the show.
Speaker C:Davidemustincrease.org that is David, my name@hemustincrease.org now we're going to tell you what these are for, but we do have somebody on the line.
Speaker C:So we do want to see what's happening there.
Speaker B:Yes, we have Eric on the line with a praise report.
Speaker C:All right, let's send Eric through.
Speaker C:Knock knock.
Speaker C:This is David.
Speaker C:Is this my buddy Eric?
Speaker E:Hey, David.
Speaker C:Yay Yeah, we got to get you your own sound, you know, it's got to be.
Speaker E:Well, actually I just copy what you've done and where you blow the horn.
Speaker C:That's good though.
Speaker C:I like it.
Speaker C:All right, what's happening, my bro?
Speaker E:Well, it's a, it's a praise report is kind of one of those things.
Speaker E:And thank God and in all things, good, bad, whatever it is, thank him all the time.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker E:Lisa and I have been, we've been working with her mother, my mother in law, this past two weeks she fell several times.
Speaker E:Her dementia is starting to really take a turn for the worse and we got her finally found a safe place for where she can be taken care of.
Speaker E:We're doing analysis with her right now, but in the meantime things were just opening up for us.
Speaker E:So I think we're being led to the path.
Speaker E:It's.
Speaker E:It's time for her to start looking towards the direction of, of living life in with the Lord.
Speaker C:Amen, brother.
Speaker E:And so I.
Speaker E:So anyway, we, we.
Speaker E:Things have just popped open for us and as we, we've been kind of letting the Lord take, take charge of it.
Speaker E:And I just want to thank him and, and this was a busy week, of course, making, trying to make hard decisions, but the hard decisions were kind of made for us in many of the, many of the ways.
Speaker E:So.
Speaker E:It's funny though, my mother in law, she does have these moments to make us chuckle every now and then I was sitting at her bedside and I sneezed really loud and it must have startled her and she says God bless America.
Speaker E:And all I could think of was that Chevy Chase and the Christmas vacation where, where the Santa Claus's reindeers are skyrocketing across the sky and the rocket's red glare and the little old lady was starting to say this Arsenal banner.
Speaker E:It just was a funny moment when she said that.
Speaker C:Well, that's.
Speaker C:First of all, that's hilarious.
Speaker C:I mean, it is funny.
Speaker C:I mean, let's just be honest.
Speaker C:Some of those things are classic.
Speaker C:And then the other thing, what a great praise report to hear.
Speaker C:I mean, that is phenomenal.
Speaker C:That what's great is it's not that she's going through, it's that you can tell God is working in this process.
Speaker C:He's working with you in these.
Speaker C:Getting this thingy coordinated.
Speaker C:Is that a good way to say that?
Speaker E:I would say, yeah.
Speaker E:Coordinated.
Speaker E:And she's in no pain.
Speaker E:She's in.
Speaker E:It's not like she broke a hip when she fell those times.
Speaker E:She.
Speaker E:It's just things are going to the shutdown process.
Speaker E:And so, anyway, it's just.
Speaker E:It's like walking with the Lord during the end times of a life.
Speaker E:And that's kind of cool, too.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:First of all, it's really great that you and your wife can really.
Speaker C:You can pick up on that, and you're sensitive enough to that.
Speaker C:But it's also really, really great that the Lord has given you certain graces.
Speaker C:It doesn't mean that it's gonna be easy.
Speaker C:It doesn't mean that everything is simplified.
Speaker C:But it does mean there's a direction going on, and God has a purpose and he has a plan.
Speaker C: .: Speaker C:100% of the time is way past us.
Speaker C:And so you can just tell this is coming together.
Speaker C:Who would have thought?
Speaker C:Well, God did.
Speaker C:God would have thought that.
Speaker E:Who would have thunk it?
Speaker C:Yeah, who would have thunk it?
Speaker C:And that's like the Lord would have.
Speaker C:And he's the one who's putting it into place.
Speaker C:So I think that's awesome.
Speaker C:I want to pray for you, and I want to kind of at the same time, I want to pray for Rosalind and Angelina and Robert, who's going through something similar.
Speaker C:Not quite the same, but similar.
Speaker C:And it's just kind of a good connector, if you don't mind.
Speaker C:So let me pray, give praise for what's happening in you, but then also pray for them.
Speaker C:Okay?
Speaker E:Okay, David, I'll go ahead and hang up and listen to you on the radio.
Speaker C:You got it, brother.
Speaker E:I appreciate the prayer very much.
Speaker C:You got it?
Speaker C:Yeah, we love you guys.
Speaker C:So you just keep us posted all the way through, okay?
Speaker E:Okay, sounds good.
Speaker C:All right.
Speaker E:Bye.
Speaker E:Bye.
Speaker C:Bye.
Speaker C:All right, let's pray.
Speaker C:We're gonna give thanks for what's going on with Eric and Lisa and their family, and also pray for Rosalind and Angelina and Robert and their family.
Speaker C:So let's just do it.
Speaker C:Father, we come before you right now, and we want to thank you, because what Eric is sharing is.
Speaker C:It's in the hard time here.
Speaker C:There's difficulty.
Speaker C:Somebody's life is.
Speaker C:You know, it's not going to.
Speaker C:You know, we're not going to make it another hundred years.
Speaker C:We get it.
Speaker C:So the idea behind this is, Lord, watching your hand walk with them as this process goes on and as your grace pours out into that family, that not just the testimony of your love, but the strength of your love and the endurance of your love, and that you would coordinate the steps that are being taken place and that Eric and Lisa would be just a great peace of taking every step as you direct them and being comfortable knowing that you've got them covered.
Speaker C:You've got Lisa's mom covered, you've got this family covered.
Speaker C:You love them, you will guide through them and bring them to.
Speaker C:And the reunion will absolutely be had.
Speaker C:And, Lord, we are also bringing before you right now Rosalind and Robert, who are going through a little bit different scenario, but with Angelina has been going through quite a bit, Lord, and she's coming home.
Speaker C:And Rosalind's really down.
Speaker C:Her strength is down.
Speaker C:She really needs energy, she needs vitality.
Speaker C:She needs your healing power to lift her up and let it just be an excellent transition.
Speaker C:We actually pray that it would be an excellent family time for them as well.
Speaker C:Just like it's been good for Eric, Lisa and Nehemiah.
Speaker C:The same thing going on there in this household, too.
Speaker C:We're asking for excellent transitions.
Speaker C:We're asking for excellent movements from point A to point B to point C that you would fill the rails that go in between that with grace and mercy.
Speaker D:And it would just move quite simply.
Speaker C:Because of your faithfulness, because of your.
Speaker D:Kindness, because of your goodness.
Speaker C:And we ask you to bless these caregivers, bless these kids who are caregiving of the elders.
Speaker D:Bless them because you're looking at your kids loving on those whom you've put in their lives.
Speaker C:And their testimony stands as a declaration.
Speaker D:Of your input into their lives.
Speaker C:We thank you for that.
Speaker C:We thank you for the lesson, we thank you for the example, we thank.
Speaker D:You for the blessing.
Speaker D:And we ask you to fully bless.
Speaker C:These families through the transition time and through the healing time and all the things that are going on.
Speaker C:Whatever stage they're in, Lord, as long.
Speaker D:As they're in your plan, it's great.
Speaker D:That's what we want.
Speaker D:We just want to follow what you've set before us.
Speaker D:You never do anything by accident.
Speaker D:You're doing it with purpose in mind.
Speaker D:Help us to walk in that great strength of confidence in your purposes.
Speaker C:And we pray this in Jesus name, Amen and amen.
Speaker C:Okay, Great, great, great.
Speaker C:Ray, to start the show, you have to love that, right?
Speaker C:Great job, Eric.
Speaker C:Very, very, very, very, very good.
Speaker C:Let's carry on.
Speaker C:I do want to make sure everybody knows on this show or in this show, we're not going to take a break, so just forget it.
Speaker C:During this show, if you have something that's going on, you are welcome to call us, you are welcome to text, you are welcome to send an email.
Speaker C:We do the best we can on responding to Everything.
Speaker C:We do get quite a few of them, but we think it's cool.
Speaker C:We want you to be able to have that contact point.
Speaker C:And so if you wanna call, if you wanna text, if you wanna send an email, it can be for a praise report, what Eric was just bringing to the table.
Speaker C:Letting people recognize and understand God is with us at each stage.
Speaker C:Also, it can be for a prayer request.
Speaker C:We were praying for Rosalind and for Angelina and Robert because they too have something going on, but they need prayer for it.
Speaker C:So theirs is a prayer request.
Speaker C:It can be something that just touched you or blessed you.
Speaker C:It could be something you just came across later on in the show.
Speaker C:It'll be Bible trivia.
Speaker C:It could be for any of those things.
Speaker C:But the floor in that capacity is yours.
Speaker C:It's your opportunity to share or to be cared for, to be loved on, whatever the case may be, whatever we can do to be a blessing.
Speaker C:Cool.
Speaker C:We'll do the best we can to do it.
Speaker C:So excellent beginning to the show.
Speaker C:Now, I do want to go into this Revelation study because.
Speaker C:And like I said, we probably won't break.
Speaker C:This Revelation study is really quite fascinating.
Speaker C:We are in Revelation chapter 2, verse 23, and it's taken quite a bit of time, if you guys have noticed, to get through chapter one two.
Speaker C:And we're not even in chapter three yet, so you can see what's going on there.
Speaker C:But let's pick it back up in chapter.
Speaker C:We're gonna go verse.
Speaker C:We're gonna go verse 24.
Speaker C:Ish, really?
Speaker C:And then just pick it up at Revelation chapter 2.
Speaker C:And here's what it says.
Speaker C:Here's what Jesus says at the last half of 23, he says, I will give to each one of you according to your works.
Speaker C:Stop now.
Speaker C:To you I say.
Speaker C:And to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I will put on you no other burden, but hold fast what you have till I come.
Speaker C:And he who overcomes and keeps my works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations.
Speaker C:He will rule them with a rod of iron.
Speaker C:They shall be dashed to pieces like potter's vessels.
Speaker C:I have also received from my Father and will give him the morning star.
Speaker C:He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Speaker C:Let's just do this real fast because I don't want anybody to miss this.
Speaker C:In verse 23, the last half of verse 23, he says, and I will give to each one according to your works.
Speaker C:These are rewards.
Speaker C:This doesn't have to do with salvation.
Speaker C:I want you to understand that there's still going to be rewards.
Speaker C:There's still going to be good job, bad job kind of things.
Speaker C:Still works will be tested by fire.
Speaker C:The ones that get burned up means they weren't quality work.
Speaker C:It was baloney.
Speaker C:You know the things where people say, we're doing this for the sake of everybody else and you already know they're lying mostly because they're talking.
Speaker C:Those kind of works, they get burned to chat.
Speaker C:They're going to go.
Speaker C:But Jesus says, look, these works that you're doing, these things that you're doing, I'm going to reward you according to your work, not according to one another's work, according to your work.
Speaker C:He says, I'll give you these rewards.
Speaker C:So we understand this has nothing to do with salvation.
Speaker C:It's about rewards for the works that we do.
Speaker C:It pertains to the individual's works and the individual that's performing these works and that the Lord is going to reward each person for that.
Speaker C:These are blessings that we will enjoy in all eternity.
Speaker C:Can I just make this argument?
Speaker C:It doesn't get made a lot.
Speaker C:This is not about salvation.
Speaker C:It's about reward.
Speaker C:But I got a message for you.
Speaker C:If that's not a decent argument to have good works, then nothing is, because your good works will end up being rewarded for all eternity.
Speaker C:I think this is what Jesus is talking about when he says, lay up treasures in heaven.
Speaker C:You do things like that.
Speaker C:It's not just give that giving process, it's that doing process.
Speaker C:And when you're giving, you're doing.
Speaker C:So let's be honest about it.
Speaker C:But when we're doing that, we're laying up treasure for heaven, we're setting things up.
Speaker C:I mean, I'm not a financial genius, but I can figure this out.
Speaker C:The best investment is the one that gives me the best return for the longest amount of time.
Speaker C:Well, how about eternity for the length of time?
Speaker C:Well, that's a good one.
Speaker C:And how about the reward?
Speaker C:The return on it is coming from Jesus.
Speaker C:Oh, that's a good one, too.
Speaker C:So I get the return from Jesus and it goes on forever.
Speaker C:That's the best investment.
Speaker C:There you go.
Speaker C:And so this is a good argument.
Speaker C:Now, again, this doesn't define your salvation.
Speaker C:Your salvation is through the redeeming work of Jesus Christ.
Speaker C:But you don't want to have more stuff going in.
Speaker C:Why?
Speaker C:Jesus said to.
Speaker C:He didn't say lay up treasures in heaven.
Speaker C:Oh, I'm just Kidding.
Speaker C:Just lay up treasures in heaven, put stuff up there, get it going.
Speaker C:And then he directs the rest of his encouragement towards the reigning people of the church in Thyatira who have not taken on the doctrine or known the depths of Satan.
Speaker C:So there's a little theological debate between different people on that.
Speaker C:That's fine.
Speaker C:I mean, that's okay for people that, well, I think it's this.
Speaker C:I think it's this, but that's fine.
Speaker C:It certainly refers to the doctrine he has already condemned as evil stemming from that Jezebel and that Jezebel spirit making the people of God commit fornication and eating things offered to idols.
Speaker C:It's certainly connected to that.
Speaker C:It's not separated from that.
Speaker C:And he's certainly not pleased with that.
Speaker C:In fact, Jesus makes it clear that people that are essentially involved in these type of secret doctrines of Satan or these people that are offering idols up or eating things offered to idols and committing sexual immorality, all these people are in partnership with Satan.
Speaker C:Every one of them.
Speaker C:These people that pervert sex.
Speaker C:He said sex, pervert sex are these very people he's talking about.
Speaker C:They're partnering with Satan.
Speaker C:You can't believe.
Speaker C:What some of these people are saying in public is amazing, right?
Speaker C:It's just bizarre.
Speaker C:And you listen to it and you think, have you people lost your mind?
Speaker C:It's like, yes, they have.
Speaker C:They're in partnership with Satan.
Speaker C:They're clueless.
Speaker C:They don't even know what God they're serving.
Speaker C:And Jesus recognizes that, says, I know you're going through quite a bit.
Speaker C:There's a lot of nut nut stuff going on around you.
Speaker C:So Jesus says, what?
Speaker C:Towards the end of 24, I will put no other burden on you but to hold fast to what you have until I come.
Speaker C:Jesus is going, I'm not going to drop anything else on you.
Speaker C:I mean, you guys are going through it.
Speaker C:Just listen to that.
Speaker C:That's an interesting thing.
Speaker C:That's how much warfare is going on for these people.
Speaker C:Now, I know that we think in America there's a lot of warfare, but right now our warfare is political and verbal.
Speaker C:Right now in other countries, Christians are being executed for being Christians.
Speaker C:That's a lot of warfare.
Speaker C:Let's be honest.
Speaker C:Our warfare has to do with who yells the loudest, who gets the most time on television.
Speaker C:That's not quite the same, I would think, but that's just my take on it.
Speaker C:He says this, I will put no other burden on you except that you hold fast what you have until I come.
Speaker C:He's not going to drop something new on them.
Speaker C:He just wants them to endure because the level of spiritual warfare they're experiencing is immense.
Speaker C:And so he makes really awesome promises to those that overcome and keep up the good work that they're going to receive power over nations again.
Speaker C:We'll get into this later on.
Speaker C:But the primary emphasis is that they were going to reign with Christ.
Speaker C:This could easily refer to.
Speaker C:To the millennial structure, or as other people think, it could easily connect to a preview of what portions of eternity might hold.
Speaker C:Sure, those are great.
Speaker C:I think the point is we get to reign with Christ.
Speaker C:That's the key.
Speaker C:And what you want to focus in on is not the under.
Speaker C:You want to focus on the best part of it.
Speaker C:What's the best part of it?
Speaker C:You get to reign with Jesus.
Speaker C:Okay, I love that.
Speaker C:And so he tells this church, you're going through it.
Speaker C:I know you're going through it.
Speaker C:Sometimes as the people of God, this is a great lesson for us.
Speaker C:You know what you got to do.
Speaker C:Just hang on.
Speaker C:Just put nothing else on you.
Speaker C:Jesus said, except that you hold fast.
Speaker C:Hold on to what you have.
Speaker C:Your deliverance is coming.
Speaker C:Your freedom is coming.
Speaker C:Hold on.
Speaker C:Now, I know this is gonna offend a couple people.
Speaker C:Please don't be offended by things like this.
Speaker C:It's ridiculous that people are.
Speaker C:Carrie Lifgren, who was a writer for the band Kansas, wrote a song called Hold On.
Speaker C:He's a Christian.
Speaker C:I talked to him on the phone with my brother.
Speaker C:We talked about it.
Speaker C:He wrote subtle lyrics in a band that didn't like Christianity, but he was a Christian.
Speaker C:Okay?
Speaker C:So he wrote this whole song called Hold On.
Speaker C:And the whole element of the song is to hold on.
Speaker C:It's closer than you think.
Speaker C:And you might be standing on the brink, but just hold on.
Speaker C:It's like, wow, right?
Speaker D:Isn't that brilliant?
Speaker D:Like, yes, it is brilliant.
Speaker D:It is a gift.
Speaker D:Because sometimes you just need to hang.
Speaker C:You know what you're going through that.
Speaker C:Got it.
Speaker C:Hang on.
Speaker C:My arms are getting tired.
Speaker C:Ask God to help you.
Speaker C:Don't quit.
Speaker C:Hang on.
Speaker C:Don't give up the ghost, so to speak.
Speaker C:And then he tells them this.
Speaker C:He says this other part of it.
Speaker C:He says before.
Speaker C:He says, he who is near, he says, I have also received from my father and I will give him the morning star.
Speaker C:This is talking about the person that overcomes.
Speaker C:You're thinking, what does that mean?
Speaker C:He will give him the morning star.
Speaker C:Some people are wondering, well, guess what?
Speaker C:This is Jesus himself.
Speaker C:People are missing this.
Speaker C:I know they try and make it, this, that, whatever.
Speaker C:I get it.
Speaker C:That's cool.
Speaker C:Wrong.
Speaker C:Jesus himself is our ultimate reward.
Speaker C: his is verified in Revelation: Speaker C:All the blessings we receive of all of the stuff that happens, all of these answers, all of these great things, all these answers of prayers, all of these deliverances, all of these blessings you never saw coming out of left field or God saving your life.
Speaker C:Of all these things, Jesus himself is the greatest reward there is.
Speaker C:Period.
Speaker C:There is nothing better than you understanding that Jesus is the greatest reward.
Speaker D:Now, some people go, well, that's not what it says.
Speaker D:Yes, that depends on which Greek text you use.
Speaker D:And who can argue that Jesus is the greatest reward?
Speaker D:How can you argue that?
Speaker C:It's absurd.
Speaker C:So here's what Jesus is saying.
Speaker C:Look, have good works.
Speaker C:Good works, good idea.
Speaker C:You take them into eternity, they stick with you.
Speaker C:You get the blessings from them.
Speaker C:The Father loves that.
Speaker C:It's great.
Speaker C:It's good things to do.
Speaker C:It won't save you, but it certainly will bless you as you go into eternity.
Speaker C:Stay away from those goofy people that have those weird doctrines, spiritual sexual fornication, offering things to idols.
Speaker C:Stay back from that.
Speaker C:Don't even get to them.
Speaker C:Those people are partnering with Satan.
Speaker C:Don't have anything to do with him.
Speaker C:Just back off.
Speaker C:Don't even touch it.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And then Jesus drops this.
Speaker C:I'm going to put nothing else on you but you.
Speaker D:Hold on, Lord, I'm getting tired.
Speaker C:Lord, we fished all day or all night.
Speaker D:We didn't catch anything.
Speaker D:Put the nets back out more.
Speaker C:Yes, because we have need of patience that after we have done the will.
Speaker D:Of God, that we might receive the promise.
Speaker D:That's what Galatians teaches us.
Speaker D:And you just gotta hang on.
Speaker C:And one of the great things is.
Speaker D:Knowing that he's gonna reward you.
Speaker C:You're gonna reign with Jesus.
Speaker C:It's gonna be so phenomenal.
Speaker C:But the greatest thing about your eternity, you're gonna hang out with Jesus.
Speaker C:And just like, being in his presence, in that place, in that way, 100%.
Speaker D:Joy, 100% peace, 100% grace, 100% love.
Speaker D:How cool is that?
Speaker C:I think that's pretty cool.
Speaker D:That's just me.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:All right, we'll take a short break, then come back.
Speaker C:You're listening to the David Spoon Experience right here on Kaam 770, the truth station here in Texas.
Speaker C:Short break.
Speaker C:We'll be back.
Speaker C:Don't go anywhere.

Speaker C:And that's no buny there.
Speaker C:That's better.
Speaker F:Cowpunchsites.com dad, couple things I think we'll open up with.
Speaker F:I've decided to open up with a story that I wasn't gonna open up with because it's such an outrageous story, but it's not an outrageously super bad story.
Speaker F:It's an outrageously super dumb story.
Speaker F:There's a big difference.
Speaker F:Bad is when I tell you, which I'll be telling you probably in the next segment, how the federal government is creating a database to track down hate speech as they define it.
Speaker C:That's bad.
Speaker F:We'll talk about that a little bit.
Speaker F:This is dumb, but it's funny.
Speaker F:Dumb.
Speaker F:Dumb.
Speaker C:Ha ha.
Speaker F:Funny, but not entirely.
Speaker C:Get this.
Speaker F:Now I'm holding a picture in my hand.
Speaker F:You can't see it, but there are four monkeys in this picture that I'm holding.
Speaker F:And the headline reads this.
Speaker F:Millions in taxpayer money used to study drunken monkeys.
Speaker C:No.
Speaker F:Really?
Speaker F:Drunken monkeys.
Speaker F:And you're thinking no.
Speaker F:You're making that up.
Speaker C:Nope.
Speaker F:Federal government reportedly has spent 3 million so far in order to get monkeys drunk in order to study the effect of alcohol on the monkeys.
Speaker F:I don't see.
Speaker F:I don't know where you're even going to go.
Speaker C:Where are you going to go with this?
Speaker A:I'm going nowhere.
Speaker F:There's no.
Speaker C:I got nothing to say.
Speaker F:There's no comment that anybody can make.
Speaker A:The David Spoon experience.
