What initially looked like an aggravating problem with Roslyn’s home alarm became an unexpected opportunity arranged by God. After repeated alarms kept her home, a conversation with a company representative opened naturally into her testimony about God's faithfulness through cancer, prayer, and difficult medical experiences. Dr. Dave emphasizes that neither Roslyn nor the representative could have planned the encounter, yet God brought the circumstances together. What appeared frustrating became an opportunity to share the Lord with someone who may remember that testimony for the rest of his life.

Experiencing God use ordinary circumstances gives believers a remarkable sense of participating in something much larger than themselves. Roslyn describes the excitement of recognizing God's purpose unfolding through conversations, unexpected delays, and opportunities to serve others. Even her mother, despite being limited in how often she can leave home, continues sharing the ministry and encouraging people toward the Lord. Dr. Dave connects that willingness with Isaiah's declaration, “Here am I, send me.” Kingdom advancement often begins simply with believers making themselves available and trusting God to create opportunities they never could have arranged themselves.

Marriage and singleness both provide legitimate paths for serving God, but neither changes the believer's highest priority. Paul explains that marriage naturally creates divided responsibilities because husbands and wives are called to care for and please one another. Dr. Dave describes marriage as a partnership built upon love, respect, commitment, service, and abundant forgiveness, while emphasizing the importance of each spouse maintaining personal time alone with God. Whether married or single, the principle remains unchanged: God must always occupy first place, and every relationship and responsibility should ultimately flow from an undivided devotion to Him.
