The David Spoon Experience Part 2 8-29-22
These 60-minutes are all about: 1) We venture into places unknown as we travel into Jobinian-Land. The outline for this book will be short and specific. Let's see if we can get a quick grip on this absolutely TRUE and AUTHENTIC story of the man who some people think means employment. We arrive at a scene that is rarely covered in holy writ. It is a sneak peek for those who cannot see with deep spiritual sight. There is a meeting of beings, none of whom are humans. They present themselves before the Lord. As we examine the dialogue, we quickly learn that this presentation is not voluntary. 2) An individual entity is singled out. His name is Satan. His name means adversary. He is an opposer. The question the Lord poses to him is either a reminder of his prison on earth or that even in defiance, he must give a response to God. Satan is not omniscient, but he can certainly see everything on earth. 3) Then the moment begins. God knows what is going to happen. Satan does not. This is not a test for God to prove Himself. This is a lesson to show Satan that he cannot defeat God, and it is a lesson to teach Job that Job does not know everything. A two-for-one. God wastes nothing. He starts the gamesmanship by "bragging" about Job. Why didn't God tell Job? That would change the dynamic of the challenge.
