The David Spoon Experience Part 2 1-20-22
Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Miracles are the “coolest stuff” in the Kingdom of God. Don’t misunderstand. God’s love, grace, mercy, kindnesses are all at the top of most people’s lists. But Miracles are just cool. For the people of God, they are reinforcements to our faith. They are gracelets that manifest in different times and different ways. Yeah, for miracles. But for the non-believers, miracles can lose their impression. Something incredible can happen, and the non-believers are only concerned with what’s next.
2) The name of Jesus is so great. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, there’s just something about that name. Kings and Kingdoms shall all pass away, but there’s something about that name. Unless you don’t like Jesus, despise Jesus, or reject Jesus. But then, the name of Jesus makes the person cringe. Some people are so adamant about their opposition to Jesus that they wouldn’t even, couldn’t even say His name.
3) Here is the defining moment of the Scriptures in the New Testament, post-resurrection, regarding the dividing line between governmental obedience referenced in Romans thirteen and the practical application of what to do when Divine requirements are in opposition to God’s commands. If there is a conflict between government and God, you obey God. There is no possible biblical challenge to this worthy of note. Fini!
