The David Spoon Experience Part 2 1-18-22
What a FUN Show: Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) A classic saying that is mostly distorted is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Wrong. Sinful humans always operate with a stained soul. Job 14:4 states; There is no way a human can be completely pure. And what people often see as waste or useless actions (like sending prayers for others due to a disaster) turns out to be something beautiful in the eyes of God. Perspective is not someone’s right if it’s an insult to God.
2) I think I can. I think I can. I know I can. I know I can. I can. I can. Let’s acknowledge that for a train, this is a good book. And to teach that people should try …is a solid biblical principle. The problem is that when we get older and more steeped in sin, we start to use this mantra for our personal philosophy. And we take this attitude into activities that show how great we are, all by ourselves. Quick question? Where did that breath come from for you or me to do anything? Anyone? Anyone?
3) We gotta love Divine discipline. O.K., maybe we don’t “gotta” love it, but we should understand its purpose. God doesn’t spank us (that’s right, I said spank) because He’s bored or angry. God disciplines us because He loves us too much to let us keep going the wrong way.
